Cottonwood Cottage est une charmante maison millésime situé à cinq rues du centre historique de Old Time Cottonwood. Le chalet a subi une rénovation complÚte qui inclut de nouveaux appareils et les deux nouveaux et vintage mobilier. Ce un chalet de niveau est une escapade idéale pour deux ou quatre personnes. Le porche vous accueille pour asseoir et vous détendre.
La maison dispose d'un salon spacieux, salle à manger combinaison et est fourni avec une ambiance moderne du milieu du siÚcle. La cuisine ouverte est bien équipée avec une variété d'articles et ustensiles pour cuisiner ou réchauffer. Il y a une ßle pour l'espace de compteur supplémentaire. La chambre principale offre un coussin de lit de taille supérieure matelas queen avec une grande commode et un grand placard. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux qui est accommodants pour deux adultes ou deux enfants. La salle de bain a une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Le grand patio dans la cour arriÚre comprend un barbecue et un bistro ensemble, chaises vintage shell parfait pour profiter du plein air. Le mystÚre cru hangar d'étain est votre imagination. La cour est clÎturée et les chiens de moins de 25 lbs sont les bienvenus pour un supplément non-remboursable de 40 $. 00 dépÎt animal.

Such a cute house, perfectly clean, nicely decorated, stocked with everything you could think of or need. Temperature was perfect (A/C worked well.) Secure parking, nice neighborhood, easy to find, GREAT communication. We instantly felt comfortable there. We liked the queen bed, very comfortable (didn't need/use the twin beds in the other room). We'll be back!!

Cozy & Convenient

Great location, quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Main Street. Comfortable, clean accommodations for two couples or a family of four, furnished with everything we needed! (And Safeway or Fry's not too far away!)(The door lock/combination pad was a bit tricky - usually took us 2 or 3 attempts - but our son was more successful on his first attempt).

Hidden Gem

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional and charming cottage! Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated the lush, high-quality towels. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, and the appliances were modern and easy to use. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

We like cottonwood for centrally located spot and this clean cottage with well stocked kitchen was perfect! Easy access to all the area activities, easy check in-out and good communication with owner and well serviced amenities (WiFi-tv/Netflix). Thank you for a nice, easy stay!

Great Little Vacation

The house was great. Awesome location that allowed me and my family to walk to Old Town and easily drive all to other locations in the Verde Valley. Check in and check was a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Cottonwood and the Verde Valley.

I am a Arizona native with a deep love for nature. Arizona is home to one of the natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon, which never disappoints me when I visit. I frequently visit Antelope Canyon and I think it’s either abstract art or not real, the beauty of Antelope Canyon is something everyone should visit while in Arizona.
In the real world, I manage and counsel potential owners that are interested in setting up VRBO properties. I personally own and manage two additional VRBO properties located in Flagstaff, AZ. All my properties carry a VRBO five star rating which I think is awesome due to the overwhelming VRBO competition in my area. I love to bike, hula loop and roller skate. Arizona steals my heart.
