Keeneland weekend

Great locations convenient to all Lexington sites. Even though the races were cxl we had plenty of fun distilleries wineries ate at Malones and enjoyed time with our Wildcat! House was clean and host kept in communication with us for any needs and updates. Thanks for a great weekend

Very Comfortable

Excellent place to stay. Easy access to freeway and many great restaurants. The home was very clean and is in a quiet safe neighborhood. We had access to park our cars in a the double garage. We would finitely rent this house again!

Great location

The house was adorable, but not as clean as we would like it. Toilet paper wasn’t stocked and there were no towels in the 2nd bathroom. It was a great location and the reality company was efficient.

Great spot and great property

The house was convenient, clean and comfortable. Really close to a lot of good places to eat, too. We had six adults and that was the right amount to sleep everyone comfortably. Getting down the back yard to the fire pit was a little challenging, but it was a nice setup.

Great Weekend

College reunion with a few classmates. We needed a place to stay at the last minute. This house was perfect and met all our needs for space. It was clean and comfortable. In a quite neighborhood and close to great restaurants, shopping, and events. Our host was great and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Clean and comfortable

Had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the space. It’s a quiet neighborhood which we really appreciated. The owner was very quick to respond and takes good care of the place. Note that the backyard is very steep and there are no steps to the fire pit sitting area. No problem if you’re youngish but our septuagenarians didn’t try to go down the slope.

Beautiful and peaceful with a great scenery!

We stayed for 7 days and it was so comfortable that we overslept every day. It was cheaper to fly into Lexington than Cincinnati from California, so we decided to experience Lexington even though our trips to the ark encounter and the creation museum would be longer. We also got to visit the Cincinnati zoo even though the drives were over an hour long, but it was well worth it. We were also blessed with good weather on the last day to visit the Kentucky Horse Park. Every morning we got to see the cardinals enjoying the property with us. My wife was so pleased with our stay that she wants to move to Lexington! She would love to buy a home in the same neighborhood as Jeremy’s. I would not hesitate to book this beautiful property again for another vacation.

Overall - good

Location was great, quiet and safe neighborhood. The master bathroom was not very clean but everything else was. Only other suggestion is new pillows on the king bed.

My wife and I have always been found of the idea of Hosting. Since moving to Lexington and entertaining MANY family and friends from our home state of California, it turned into something more. Here we are 7 years later with our first short term rental. We are so excited to share this charming home with you all. Lexington is an incredible city and we are honored to be part of the gateway to its amazingness!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property was one of the first open houses I hosted as an agent. The massive backyard ( the backyard is large, but part of it is on a drainage easement, 1/4 acre lot) with natural trees caught my attention as peaceful and private. When the opportunity presented itself to purchase the home years later, I didn't skip a beat. After renovating the floors and painting the house using "agreeable gray," it has shaped out to be the perfect home.
