Located on a peaceful 8-acre estate, Everwood Cottage is a 700 square foot escape from close-quarters living. This studio space has 1 Queen bed and a Queen-size sofa sleeper, plus a full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer.

The outdoor space is a major highlight! Your own English garden wall surrounds the green space with room to stretch out or sit around the fire-pit and watch for squirrels, deer, owls, foxes, or maybe even a woodpecker!
Puppies are welcome!

Our Chihuahua enjoyed his stay with us. The yard is enclosed which made him feel safe and made it easy for us too. The laundry room was convenient and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was an absolute delight!!! Perfect for my husband and me, and our dog!!!! Very beautifully appointed!!! The host was amazing!! Wonderful communication!!! I would sooo recommend the cottage, and we hope to stay there again in the near future.

The cottage is a very nice and quiet place to stay for our short vacation. It had everything we wanted and the washer and dryer came in handy. It was a perfect place to bring our dog with for his first trip.

Another great trip to Shiloh!

It is peaceful and quiet; cozy, and pretty well equipped to handle our cooking needs. The location is perfect for visiting family in the area. We will definitely stay in Everwood Cottage again!

Great property, great hosts

We had an event to attend in the area and were lucky enough to find this gem. This cute, pet friendly property with a fenced in yard was perfect for us, and allowed us to bring our dog with us for our long weekend trip. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Place!

The dogs and I enjoyed our stay in Shiloh! The cottage was cozy and adorable! The fenced in yard was great for the playing fetch with dogs! We enjoyed walking through nearby neighborhoods and enjoying Christmas lights! Will definitely come back for a stay when working in Illinois!

Most practical Stay we’ve had

This was the cutest little cottage that had everything we needed. We like to cook at home and we’ve never had all the things needed when staying other places but everything we needed was available and amazing! Our pup had a great time in the yard also.

This cottage was a pool house about 35yrs ago! The pool was filled in decades ago and the pool house was abandoned. We bought the property in 2021 and resurrected it to be a cool cottage in the woods with a fun outdoor space. It has been a passion project for us, so we hope you enjoy it!
