The Lofthouse features a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2-AC’s, dishwasher, brand new cooking essentials & can accommodate up to 8 guests only, with a relaxing loft area and a coffee bistro set for playing a family game. Imagine walking a few steps in the winter season to hop on the amazing ski lift for a fun filled ski adventure, then down the slopes back to the Lofthouse for lunch, enjoying your hot cup of cocoa, or cooking on the new propane BBQ grill on the main level outdoor deck. *Guests will have full access to the entire house and surrounding property except the first floor 2 locked hallway closets, which is reserved for the cleaning company.

*Located inside the Saw Creek Estates Community is a beautiful 4-season 24 hr. full private well-guarded gated community for residents and guests. Our Pocono Lofthouse is conveniently located only 85 miles away from NYC and ideally located near the Delaware Water Gap Recreation area.

The Lofthouse is situated on a steep hill to gain the stunning views of the Pocono mountains. There is a staircase to enter the property. The Pocono Lofthouse has a steep driveway and can accommodate 4 cars. It is helpful if you have a front- wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle with high clearance. All vehicles (no more than 4 cars) must park in the driveway and NOT on the street or near the ski lift or we will be notified by Public Safety. The Lofthouse is NOT responsible vehicles with low ground clearance as we have described in our listing.

*All vehicles must park in driveway as per community rules, NOT on the street, in our neighbor's driveway, or next Ski lift

**Winter Considerations: a propane heater will keep you warm and toasty in the colder months. If you would like a video tutorial of the propane heater, fireplace, or the electric fireplace, please request prior to your arrival. Should we have snow and/or ice prior to your stay, the driveway, exterior steps, and pathway to the Lofthouse will be cleared and salted in anticipation of your arrival. Should inclement weather occur DURING your stay, we will clear the area of snow (if more than three inches) and/or ice at a mutually agreed-upon time. We try to balance our guests' privacy with the need for winter maintenance and guest safety.

*Upon arrival, all guests will be met with a special complimentary Pocono Lofthouse Welcome Basket and a bottle of local wine with each booking.


*The Pocono Lofthouse provides 6 Amenity key FOBS/badges. $50.00 fee for any lost FOBs. KIDS 5 and under DO NOT NEED BADGE. As per Saw Creek Estates, they are currently selling additional guest badges starting September 6th, 2022. To verify up to date information, please refer to Saw Creek Estates for guest key fob / badge updates.

**Pre-arrange instructions for admittance into Saw Creek will be made by host and guest.

- All garbage must be removed from house after your stay and dispose to designated area. Please take trash to the dumpster next to Members Office located at 5728 Decker Road. There’s a $10.00 fee for EACH bag of garbage left behind.

**Please NOTE: Booking means you have read all information in its entirety and agree to all information and terms. Saw Creek Estates rental agreement form (signature required) for community gate entry has to be submitted to Member Services at least 4 days prior to check-in. Late rental reg form submission or same day booking rental form submission maybe subject to an extra $25.00 fee. ID's of ALL guests are required. Unregistered guests are not permitted on premises. It's super easy, can be completed digitally on your phone or computer (written or DocuSign), & takes about 5-15 minutes total! Total of 8 guests permitted including children.
