Welcome to this beautifully designed and appointed Chalet that has it all. 4 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. There's a Large Living/Dining Area with a wood-burning fireplace right as you enter. Right behind is Living Room with a TV, Large Sofa and a Pool Table. Kitchen has all you may need to cook your meals and the Laundry Room has a full-size washer and dryer. There's a full-size Ping Pong Table in the Sun Room that leads out to the deck with a gas grill on it.

This is a perfect place for your vacation or a simply weekend getaway. It's located only 90 miles or 90 minutes away from New York City in a peaceful, amenity-filled community.

All year round you can enjoy Aquatopia and Kalahari Water Parks, Crossing Outlet Mall, and other malls in the vicinity of the house. Multiplex movie theater is located in one of the malls so a movie night out is possible.

In the summer you can have fun at Camel Beach outdoor water park, as well as two great community pools, lake beach and multiple playgrounds for kids. 10 amenity passes are included with the rental and no pass is required for children under 5.

Winter activities like Camelback Mountain Ski Resort and Shawnee Mountain Ski Resort are within 15 to 20 minutes easy drive. Blue Mountain Ski Resort is also within easy drive of around 40 minutes from the house.

Home is equipped with all new kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffe maker. If you like to cook outside, there's a BBQ on the deck. Washer and dryer is also available for you to use.

There's of course a flat screen, internet connected TV in the Living Room and all bedrooms.

The community is filled with amenities. There are 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, lake with swimming beach and kids playground, and a lake where you can fish.

For those concerned with safety, no worries at all. Within a 10 minute drive from the house, there are few urgent care facilities and a brand new hospital.

EXCLUSIONS
Unfortunately, due to insurance policy we are unable to rent our home to anyone under 23.

Due to community rules and out of respect to our neighbors, all rental inquiries for proms, graduation gatherings and any other parties will be respectfully declined. Small, family birthdays can be approved prior to booking.

CAMERAS
There are security cameras that are not monitored and recordings are automatically deleted.. Cameras are installed for our guests' safety and are recording outside areas only.
