We had a great time. We had some problems with the front door, but other than that it was great. Our party had a lot of fun with the games in the basement.

Very nice home, spacious, clean. Nice game room, my family vacation was a success. Not toddler friendly though. Spaces in railing of second floor could allow small child to fall through. But keeping that in mind and keeping good supervision, it’s not a big deal or a deal breaker. Truly enjoyed ourselves.

Great location right across the street from the slopes! The jacuzzi was a blast, the house was big enough, the comfy living room with fireplace and big screen was perfect for relaxing after tucking the kids in. We had a situation that the host took care of right away. Couldn't ask for more!

We traveled to the Poconos for a Ladies Trip. There were 7 of us that drove 5 hours to get to the property. Prior to our trip I did have an issue sending 2 of my papers back in a timely manner, however they were the HOA forms and we had no issue getting into the gated community on time, which was the concern of my delayed reply. So that did not cause any of of the issues we encountered.We arrived for checkin at the home at 3:50 PM for a 4:00 checkin in desperate need of a rest room. The email with the door code was not received as promised prior to our arrival and there was no service outside the house so we tried to test the host in the VRBO app and on his cellphone as well. I received no reply for quite a while as we stood outside in the cold. 20 minutes later I received a text from the host stating he was in a meeting in Philadelphia and he would get back to me ASAP. I called customer service with VRBO and the agent Rahul was very helpful and called the host for a 3 way call. Keypad number did not work. As noted in prior reviews, prior issues with the keypad. It was about 4:45 when were able to enter the home. As soon as we got inside we heard the smoke alarm AND the CO monitor going off. The batteries in the smoke alarm were dead and the CO monitor was broken. Mildew on shower curtains, floors not swept, broken shower head, no blankets on beds, barely any TP and no extras, holes with bug debris in windows. much more but not enough room.

Property was very well set up for my family of 6, and the nearby amenities were great for us and convenient to get to. We were glad we came and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Weekend!!

We had a wonderful time this past weekend. The house was very comfortable and clean there was plenty of room for two families with room to spare. The fireplace was so warm and cozy, the home was just right for relaxing and spending time with our loved ones. This was our second stay here and we are looking forward to returning soon!!

Family Ski Weekend

This was our forth trip to the cabin and we loved it. We have already booked it for next year. It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We love that it's walking distance to the ski lodge and all the amenities is a plus with all the grandkids. Randell and everyone we talked with were very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Holiday Retreat

The house has plenty of space for a family to spread out. The weather was very cold but no snow, so we did not get to do much outside in the area. The just provided plenty of plates and dishes for holiday meals, and a cute Christmas tree made it very festive.

Ski weekend with friends

We had a great weekend skiing with friends. Everything is so close! The house was the perfect size for our group. The kids loved the jacuzzi and playing air hockey. We definitely want to make this a yearly trip! Thank you!!

Beautiful setting.

Our family (10 of us) enjoyed our time at this home nestled in the woods! The home is as pictured, and although a little dated, it was clean. The kids loved playing in the basement, especially with the air hockey/ping pong table. Everyone had fun at the Top of the World pool - which was within walking distance. We were able to make great meals in the kitchen and appreciated that there was plenty of seating at the dining room table and counter. The owner was very kind and always responded quickly to our questions.

Nice location

Had a great time with our vacation. My only complaint was the cleaning of the property. On the surface it looked okay but could use a deep clean. Property manager and owner also responded quickly with any questions or concerns.

Ski Vacation

My family had every intention on skiing everyday while in the Poconos but the weather turned warm. Fortunately, the house we rented had a great game room and plenty of room for my family to stretch out when we were stuck indoors. The neighborhood was family oriented and the views were great.

Great family vacation home

We had never been to the Poconos before. This location is excellent for Poconos outings. It is just around the corner from Bushkill falls and Delaware water gap. It wasn't too far to Camelback. We enjoyed the fabulous swimming pools through the neighborhood HOA. The kids loved the air hockey in the basement, and we got some modified ping pong in. The property manager, Malanie, was very helpful.

was not sure master bedroom bedding was washed before we arrived there was dog hair all over it. not enough utensils or seating in living room for more than 4 people really comfortably

Thank you very much for your comments - I did reach out to the cleaners and everything was done. sometimes the washer may not get things lie a little hair out easily. We will look into the silverware, it gets stolen. There is a huge couch with ottoman in the living room. We are sorry you did not find it enough space.

Winter break

Home was clean and in a very nice location. Living room was small and there is a lack of silverware. I believe there were only 3 spoons. TV upstairs did not work at all. Other than these minor inconveniences, had a great stay.

Great house

We vacationed 2024 and absolutely loved the house. It was large enough for the whole family, has a fun game room and communication with host was great. I will say definitely know what streaming channels you can bring because the WiFi is not great. Also, though the host was fantastic, the actual neighborhood was not very welcoming. I felt like the people at the gate and the customer service office were not very kind or helpful to outsiders. The amenities that came with the rental were great. The pools, fitness center and restaurant were so convenient. Overall i would rate this trip a 9/10!
