So bad we left early

We arrived to a sewer gas smell in the kitchen,broken outdoor furniture, non-functioning dishwasher and garbage disposal, electric outlets. The bath towels smelled like mildew. The home has not been maintained and not as advertised. We left after one night.

Perfect Home away from home!

House was cozy, clean, and a beautiful view of the mountains. Perfect for a large group, nice neighborhood, restaurants and attractions close by. Home had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again when in Colorado Springs.

Overall - worked fine for our family

Overall the property was spacious and worked fine. However, I gave an overall 4 because of a few things... 1) After unpacking we went to sit down in the upstairs living room and 2 of us that sat on the end portions of the sectional about went over backwards! The end units are recliners and seem to be so worn out that they go to the reclining position too easily. Fabric is well worn - not what pictured. Needs replaced. 2) . The microwave only worked using the "1" button. On the 3rd day it started sparking. So we discontinued use and notified the contact on Sunday morning relatively early. We had a countertop microwave on our doorstep within 40 minutes. So very much appreciated that! However, the fact remains, the microwave really was in questionable working order upon arriving. 3) Little things would definitely improve the stay. Pool cue tips were broke off, kitchen pans were well used, only 2 kitchen towels for drying. Needs a Larger skillet and baking pan - to accommodate a large group (9 adults, 2 kids). Although the beds are all as stated - no one in our group of 9 adults slept well. Mattresses are firmer (not worn out). May be that we just like a different type mattress - but that was an overall comment from all. There are other cosmetic things that need attention. The house is nice, enjoyed the patio and view. Good location. Nice neighborhood. Just needs some attention to a few details and a new sectional unit and it would be amazing!

4th of july family gathering

House is in a good location for convience. Front room coach was in bad shape should be replaced. Sitting room foot outman was broken and should be removed or replaced. Microwave had a error code and did not work. Pool table had a big tear in felt. There was a hole in wall by stairs. Railing on stairs was loose at the bottom and should be repaired. Kids play equipment should be removed as swing canvas was bad and could give out at any time. Lights and fan in front room broken as well as some outlets did not work. We bought and left a new spatula as we could not find one. There was small trash under couch . Shows hot tub in pictures but is not for use of guest. Overall house need some TLC. Garbage disposal locked up and would not drain had to repair my self as contact only replied we would have to wait till next day to try the other number we were allowed to only text same with microwave. If needed I have lots of pictures of everything I am writing from first day and even text them to the contact number they allowed us to contact. Note in bunk room beds in pictures are blow up air mattresses. House is a good size for large family or group. Neighborhood is great for walking and everyone was very nice.

Perfect Place

Beautiful house located in a great location close to everything:) This would be perfect for kids or larger families (we only had 3 people) because it has so much space! We loved the outdoor porch and two living spaces and large kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Location

We enjoyed staying at AF Academy Rancher over the Christmas break. Tony was exceptional at helping us when a member of our party had significant health problems and we needed to adjust who would be visiting the property. We notified him of a few things we found that were not in good working order and he was receptive to our communication. This property is close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and the Y! It also has a fabulous view of Pikes Peak! Enjoyed our stay!

Nice house, not as many beds as we thought.

We had a great time in this house. The house was in a good neighborhood and was very clean. We had 11 people comfortably but had a few on air mattresses provided by the house. What looked loke bunl beds in the pictures were lofted beds so we had a few less beds that we expected. But luckily the younger guys were fine on the air mattresses. Would still rent again!

We greatly enjoyed our Colorado Springs family vacation! This house was in a great location and it was very convenient to access major highways and local stores nearby! It was close to everything

Unpleasant vacation

Pool table was crooked and in the worse spot. We couldn’t have access to a lot of spaces crucially needed. Outside house(front and back yard)was dirty. Found old receipts under our beds. Linen smelled of old mold. Was blamed for house falling apart and owner took our damage deposit for old damage not done by us. Refrigerator smelled gross and had to clean. Grill was never cleaned. Found old bed sheets in dryer and smelled of very old mold with an unpleasant smell. I wouldn’t consider this unit. Find something else.

Best place for a group of teens and their parents

The house was divided up perfectly for adults upstairs doing their own games and movies and teens downstairs playing pool, games and movies! Definitely will be back!!

Good Location and Nice Stay

Overall a great experience and location was awesome. Only negative thing was no cable to watch football but was able to login and watch it through the WIFI.
