Oceanfront & creekfront with dock. Over 1350 square feet of covered, outdoor living space to enjoy those unobstructed sunrises & sunsets. Shore living at its best with shell hunting, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, fishing, surfing, boating and more. No detail or expense was spared with the astonishing remodel of this luxurious and comfortable home. An open floor plan where every room offers its own style and serene space with breathtaking views. The elevator offers convenience for any family member or guest that is fortunate enough to visit. Peninsula at Inlet Point offers a private pool and boat launch. There is plenty of space inside and out to just relax with the local convenience of activities for fun in the sun. The area is rich in wildlife that can be enjoyed during long walks on the beach or riding the bike trails. Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and nine world class golf courses are minutes away. Just 30 minutes to Myrtle Beach International Airport and 1 hour to Historic Charleston. Great location

The house was perfect for our family. The ocean steps away, the marsh for paddle boarding and fishing and access to the pools made it a great location for the entire family.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at Carolina in My Mind! It was the perfect family getaway for our group. The location is unmatched right on the beach, and the house worked well for our extended family with children and adults alike. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made us feel at home for our week at the beach. We hope to make it back again soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Lovely week at the beach

The location was perfect. We wanted a quite week between Christmas and the New Year to relax and reset and the house was perfect for that goal. We had beautiful weather which made it even better. The top level has three twin beds, a seating area/TV which was perfect for our two 20 year old boys. We brought a lot of supplies with us but if we had not, it was very easy to get to a grocery or drug store. Beds were comfortable, the house was comfortable overall. Our only disappointment was in some of the amenities. We rent from VRBO or ABNB at least 3 times a year and when you get to this price point, we expect some simple things like salt and pepper, kitchen towels, dishwasher pods, shampoo, and soap - none of which was provided. Also, the bathroom towels mats were really lacking in amount and quality. If the owners could step up their game, we would have been raving. Never the less, we liked it so much we are returning next year.

Great Visit

We loved Pawley's and received some great recommendations for restaurants and and kids loved the secret basketball under the house for post beach time. The house is gorgeous and perfect for our family!

My wife and i purchased this home in 2021 and have added it to our portfolio. We also own and operate a resort in Minnesota called White Birch Resort.
We wanted to own a home on the beach in SC for quite some time and this is our dream. We get to enjoy the off season at the beach now.

This home is located on a peninsula which is Inlet Point on Litchfield Beach. If you want to enjoy the beach in one of the quietest beach's this is it.
The home is located in a private gated community that has a check gate as you enter. The home is located on the ocean but also has the creek/inlet on the backside with a private dock for fishing or boating. You will have both worlds to take in the ocean and the inlet with the marsh.
