Tout nouveau pour 2017, cette spectaculaire maison de vacances en bord de mer dépassera vos attentes! Aucun détail n'a été négligé pour offrir une vue imprenable sur l'océan et toutes les commodités supplémentaires que vous avez recherchées. Située sur Surfside Beach, à seulement 8 km au sud de l'aéroport international de Myrtle Beach, cette maison est entièrement rénovée, rénovée et décorée professionnellement dans des couleurs de verre de mer tranquilles juste à temps pour la saison des vacances 2017. Idéal pour les familles, il dispose de 4 chambres / 4 salles de bains (toutes avec télévision à écran plat et salle de bain adjacente ou attenante) et d'un loft adapté aux enfants avec sa propre télévision à écran plat. Atlantic Dawn peut accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes. Les draps sont fournis sans frais supplémentaires. Vous n'aurez besoin que de vos propres serviettes de plage!

Atlantic Dawn se trouve directement sur la plage immaculée de Surfside offrant des vues spectaculaires sur l'océan! Profitez du lever du soleil sur l'Atlantique et de votre café du matin sur la terrasse en bord de mer. Passez la journée à la plage en descendant la promenade privée qui va directement de votre terrasse sur la dune de sable jusqu'aux vagues. Ou profitez d'une journée de détente au bord de la piscine privée.

Pour les pique-niques, il y a un gril à gaz et un gril à charbon, ainsi que des tables et des chaises dans le jardin adjacent à la plage. Pour l'observation de l'océan, il y a un coin salon au sommet des dunes.

En soirée, marchez seulement 5 pâtés de maisons jusqu'à la plage pour les restaurants et la vie nocturne de la jetée de Surfside, ou si vous préférez, dînez dans l'un d'une grande variété de restaurants qui sont à seulement 5 minutes en voiture. Enfin, terminez votre soirée de détente dans votre propre bain à remous sous les étoiles!

Great location and house

Our family stayed here for a week and our stay was great! The house is right on the beach and ocean is steps away. The private pool is an added plus! The owner is extremely responsive and a great host from the day I booked the stay all the way through the vacation!

Everything was wonderful. The owners were very helpful and informative. We liked the layout allot. You can walk straight to the beach from the deck. Pool was kept clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. One perk we really liked was the ice machine to fill our coolers! Excellent!!

Amazing vacation house

My family and I absolutely love Atlantic Dawn. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and has all the amenities that we could want. The pool and hot tub are perfect as well as the beach and views. I can't say enough about the house and the wonderful owners. We just got home and already can't wait till next year's stay!

Right on the Beach

This house gave us everything we wanted - a wonderful, super clean house in a nice area that is literally right on the beach! Throw in your own private pool and hot tub, great restaurants close by and owners that give you everything you need to enjoy your stay and it was a lovely beach week for our family. Highly recommend!

Fantastic getaway in South Carolina

What a lovely house. We spent hours in the pool and hot tub every day. The back yard is literally the beach. The layout of the house is great. The owners were helpful. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Pictures speak a 1000 words. As represented, we really enjoyed our stay. Property owners were excellent to work with. We encountered the aftermath of Hurrican Ian and had a few hiccups but overall, my family has said we will return to this destination again.

Great Place!

Atlantic Dawn is a great place! The pictures on VRBO were totally accurate and the location of house to the ocean was perfect for our family vacation. Having a pool to relax at after the beach was also a definite plus as the kiddos liked to move from the ocean to the pool constantly. There was plenty of space for our nine people and the kids loved the bunk beds. I’d also like to add that having an ice maker was definitely appreciated! We will totally book this property again!

Beach Heaven!

This is a beautiful property right on the beach with a large pool and hot tub. It is well kept, clean, and stocked with everything you need. Molly and Paul responded quickly to our questions and our family of 13 loved it so much that we booked for 2022 during our stay! It was the first time I rented a private house for our annual family vacation rather than staying at a resort and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Paul and Molly for a memorable vacation!

Atlantic Dawn & Surfside Beach- My Daughters new favorite place!

We had a fabulous week with our family at Atlantic Dawn, the property was everything as described. The house has a great floor plan with plenty of room.The pool and spa was a nice feature that the grandkids loved. They have plenty of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and toys for the kids at the beach. Paul and Molly had some great recommendations for restaurants and If you enjoy seafood and enjoy cooking the Seven Seas Seafood Market is the place to go. We definitely plan on going back again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great oceanfront vacation!

A gem of a rental

Beautiful, clean rental. Stocked with everything you could need. We always roll into town with a carful of stuff, but probably could have packed a bag of clothes and nothing else and done just fine. Owners were very helpful - answering questions prior to the trip and resolving a pool hiccup while we were there. I’d recommend this house to anyone!

Amazing house Beautiful Beach

We are so impressed with the owners of this VRBO! They were available to answer all our needs making sure our stay was the best it could be! The house was amazing and immaculate! The extra beach chairs, tent, boogie boards ect were top notch and greatly appreciated. The sunrise from the front porch was amazing ! The views of the ocean from the living space were amazing! We would recommend this rental to all considering a beach stay. We had 11 people and plenty of room for all! Thanks so much for all you do and the extras you put into your rental home!

Hope to come back

The owners are great. Excellent communication. The property is as shown, nothing sketchy or hidden. Others have said all the positives, the only thing i can add is that the WIFI works well, my son was able to telecommute for work. Also if you rent in the shoulder season you can buy gas for the pool heater and have a warm pool. Honestly hard to know whatelse you could want in a place.

Beautiful house

The house was absolutely beautiful and had incredible views of the ocean. I would say the only bad thing is the location. If your a light sleeper bring a noise maker as your super close to your neighbors and we’re had some very loud ones way into the night hours. But besides that the pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids. Not having to worry about being bathing towels and bed stuff was really nice when it came to packing.

First, I want to say that the owner of this property is easily the best I have ever worked with. Responsive, helpful and always available, Paul was really great to work with. The house was immaculate. It was clean, well appointed and the location was perfect for our needs. We were able to sit on the balcony every morning and watch the sunrise. Any time of day it was a perfect view with the sounds of the Atlantic in the background. The heated pool was great and despite a few hiccups, which were more than made up for by the owner, we were able to make use of it every day. The area is really nice and the restaurants that were recommended by the owners were mostly really good. Drunken Jack's in Murrel's Inlet was easily the best. All in all when I say that this was a perfect spot and a perfect week I am not exaggerating. Thanks again to the Ritcheys and we will be back!

The things in life that are most precious to us are our family and the memories we build while vacationing together. After years of dreaming of owning property at the beach, our family finally found the perfect 'home away from home' in “Atlantic Breeze” In 2016 we also acquired “Atlantic Dawn” Immediately adjacent to Atlantic Breeze, we have spent many hours working on our homes and have put a lot of 'blood, sweat and tears' into making this 2-home compound a vacation getaway we're proud of and know you'll enjoy!


We're land-locked Ohioans who dream year-round of spending time at the beach. We have found that no matter what the season, the mild climate and magnificent ocean views of Surfside Beach allow us to unwind and spend quality time together.

We've been blessed to travel and see the world and yet we find our beach house the haven we all long to visit where we can just relax and enjoy spending time together.

Within a 10 minute drive, we have a wide variety of golf courses, great dining, shopping and every imaginable family activity. We're also just 5 miles away from Myrtle Beach International Airport, yet we're in the middle of the quiet oasis of Surfside Beach, a friendly community that caters to families who just want to spend quality time together in a beautiful, safe, and peaceful environment. There is a true sense of pride in this community and a small-town friendliness that is warm and welcoming.
