Everything and every one was so accommodating. We were just minutes away from everything we needed. The house had enough space for us and we enjoyed the back yard ‘oasis’ so much.

House and all amenities were excellent! Not too far from the stockyards or downtown. Neighborhood was a little but we had zero problems!

Women's Freestlye Wrestling World Team Trials Trip

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. The home was spacious, and well appointed. The outdoor entertainment area was very comfortable and felt very private despite being in a fairly dense neighborhood. The owner was very responsive when unexpected issues arose. We really enjoyed our stay and would likely stay there again next year.

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE

The story begins here, I got in an Uber from the airport, the Uber driver immediately asked if I knew where I was going. Upon arrival he warned me that this is “the most unsafe area in all of Fort Worth”. I went in the house and noticed shortly after somebody had gone into the gate and was cutting through the property. I immediately contacted the property owner to cancel and rent a new location. The listing is incredibly misleading. The house itself is slightly worse than advertised, but acceptable. The “house” next door is boarded up and falling to the ground, the shack across the street is rotting and in the same condition. We arrived to a police chase, and there are numerous abandoned vehicles scattered about the perimeter of the property. After checking in, I attempted to contact the property owner about this and was told “go ahead and cancel” after proceeding with VRBO the property owner refused to refund the rental. The property owner is a misery to work with, please save yourself the headache.

Hello FBCUnited5. We appreciate your feedback and sorry you didn't get to stay. We apologize we can't issue you a full refund on your arriving date and understand your frustrations on this. Our cancellation policy with VRBO was agreed prior to booking and that is only fair for both parties. If you feel unsafe to stay, we can only tell you to cancel and give you your refund according to the policy. I just want to clarify to your feedback that our property is all gated (8 feets tall in the back), so there is no way someone could "cut through the house" The people you saw were our cleaning crews and that is because our normal check in time is 3pm but you show up 2 hours earlier without notifying us but that's ok. Also our house next door is being built and remodeled that is why you see board and construction vehicles . Again we apologize about the refund and understand your frustration. However, we were hoping you would at least give it a try before give us a negative feedback. Gina & John

Large TV's and ceiling fans in every room were brilliant. Large dining table and comfortable beds were a welcome touch. It was a wonderful place to call home during our World Cup adventure.
