Nice and cozy! Great for families of 6 or more. We liked that all appliances and kitchenware were available. The resort is a great spot for the kids. They played in the lazy river for hours. The water was nice was warm. Publix and restaurants down the street was a plus. I rate this spot a 5/5! My dad left saying, I think this should be our resort spot every time we link in Orlando :) Thanks for the host, Nicky…she answered all questions promptly and got in contact with management if she didn’t have the answers. We will be back!
My family and I wanted something reasonably priced and not too far from Disney. While we would have preferred a private pool, the lazy river and pools at Regal Palms were beautiful. My mother was able to relax in the resort atmosphere while the more energetic crew explored Disney and Universal. The email instructions for getting in were confusing because they mention a code for the lockbox (and there is a Grey lockbox at the door) whereas you actually use the code for the keyless entry pad on the door handle. Other than that, the management company was proactive about letting us know about issues with the property (which turned out to be minor) and everyone felt comfortable in their sleep space. It was an enjoyable visit!
The resort itself is pretty nice. We did have people arguing outside on the street 3 nights we were there. Very loud in the middle of the night. The unit was very run down and not clean. Baseboards are disgusting. Not enough towels for 4 bedrooms. I have rented many VRBO units and have never left anything but good reviews. I find it necessary to put this out here.
I appreciate you choosing to stay with us and sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear about the noise disturbance from the street during your stay—unfortunately, that is something outside of our control, but we will continue to work with the resort management to ensure a peaceful environment for our guests.
I also apologize that the cleanliness and towel supply did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously, and your comments will be addressed with our cleaning team to ensure improvements are made. We will also ensure there are more than enough towels provided for future guests. That also could’ve been addressed by a simple text or call.
We strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for all our guests, and your feedback helps us improve. I hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with a much better experience.
Best regards
The townhouse was clean and comfortable, but there is definitely a concern with the community management, security and the parking situation. Although we were told it was fine to park in the guest spaces by security, and parking passes were clearly displayed, the car was towed anyway. Then, no one was interested in helping resolve the issue. We missed nearly the entire day at Disney dealing with the situation. Very disappointing.
I am glad you enjoyed your stay at my townhome . I work to make it enjoyable and comfortable for everyone. The resort has strict parking rules. If you have more than two cars, you must park in overflow parking. Here is the CATCH - you must get a new parking sticker each night because at 11:59 your parking pass expires so you will be towed. This is printed on the guest red parking pass that you leave in your car. Do I agree with it. NO WAY . But it’s resort rules. Thanks so much for coming .
À propos de l’hôte

Love to travel. Now that I have a family we like to go places that can accommodate our size plus any family coming along.
We love being able to lounge by the pool year round in Florida. Orlando is full of so many things and the traffic can get overwhelming; so this option allows us to relax while vacationing. Not having to travel far for a local grocery store or to dine out.
