Thank you for your feedback. I’m really pleased to hear you found the villa clean, comfortable, and well stocked, and I’m glad you found me helpful and supportive throughout your stay — that’s something I take great pride in. I’m sorry that your experience with communication did not meet expectations. I am currently working closely with the management team to review and improve how guest enquiries and requests are handled, to ensure responses are clear, timely, and helpful throughout each stay. Management replaced the lanai light during the stay so this was fully operational, and I have reinforced expectations around routine maintenance to ensure outdoor areas are kept to the standard guests should expect. I would also like to reassure future guests that no additional charges were applied during this stay. Any guidance provided regarding potential fees is standard information and only applies in the unlikely event of damage or missing items. Thank you again for your feedback — it is genuinely appreciated and is being used to improve the overall guest experience going forward.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and found the house comfortable. I appreciate your feedback about the kitchen and spa—our kitchen is well-stocked for all types of cooking and baking, and the spa typically heats quickly, so I’m sorry it didn’t meet expectations during your visit. I always encourage guests to reach out right away if anything is missing or isn’t working properly so it can be addressed promptly. Regarding traffic, I know the area is generally quiet, but I understand it can vary depending on timing and routes. Your comments are helpful, and I’ll keep them in mind as we continue to maintain and improve the property.

Thank you so much for your heartwarming review! We're thrilled to hear that our villa felt like a home away from home for you and your family. It's wonderful to know you enjoyed the luxurious amenities and the warmth of the pool. We're touched that you were sad to leave, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another memorable vacation. Thank you for choosing our villa and for your kind words!

Thank you for your fantastic 5-star review! We're delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay and found our home beautiful, clean, and spacious. It's great to know that you found the furniture and beds comfortable and had fun in the game room. We appreciate your feedback about the grill; please note that a grill can be rented for your convenience. We're thrilled that you had no complaints and would recommend our property. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

We were very surprised to receive such a low rating as the guest sent this to me; Hello Victoria, We want to thank you for allowing us to use your house for the duration of our visit. It was an easy transition to make it “our home” for the time we were here, and that was probably due to the way the home was set up and your timely responses to any concerns we may have had. That is basically it. It was a great house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Debbie will likely forward a review to VRBO in the near future. Thank you, Dean and Debbie I'm quite confused about the decor comments, the pictures show the decor exactly as it is and the walls are all painted a pale pink colour. I have contacted the guest to see what their underlying concerns were to give such a low rating as we want to always make improvements in our home.

Thank you so much for your detailed and positive review! We're thrilled to hear that you had a wonderful 11-night stay and found the property well-equipped, clean, and spacious. It's great to know that you enjoyed the pool and appreciated the convenience of being close to Disney, Aldi, and Publix. We're glad our communication met your expectations and that you felt safe and comfortable in the neighborhood. We're also pleased to hear that there is little train noise and the pool's surrounding trees in the conservation area did not impact your stay. It's wonderful that you could enjoy relaxing afternoons by the pool. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments and are sorry to hear about your experience with the lizard in bedroom 4. In Florida, it's not uncommon to encounter these harmless little creatures, and they do indeed help keep the insect population in check. However, we understand that not everyone is comfortable with them indoors. For future stays, please feel free to contact our management team for immediate assistance with any issues. Our goal is to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We hope to welcome you back to our villa soon and provide you with an even better experience. Thank you so much for staying with us and for the five star rating 😀

Many thanks for the great review Bryan, we are glad the pride we have in our villa is noticed by the guests and so pleased that your family had a lovely stay.

Thank you, Rocky, for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that you loved your stay and found everything clean and classy. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated. The Wi-Fi access information is always sent via Vrbo in advance for guests to be well prepared with the password. We will check that the messages are received by future guests to ensure when they arrive that the information is already known. Regarding the lighting, we wanted to clarify that our in-ground spa, which is part of the pool, has underwater lighting to enhance your evening experience. We're glad you felt the house was private and safe. Thank you for choosing our villa for your vacation!

We are so glad that you found the property clean and comfortable. We are also pleased that property management were so responsive, although we were surprised to get a report back saying the problems were all user error; it is always good if a guest tries to turn things on themselves before a call-out. We sadly did find damages following this guests stay so do feel this review might be tainted a little by the fact that we made a claim on the guests security deposit. Rest assured the property looks exactly as in the pictures on the website. We take pictures ourselves to ensure they are accurate; there are no tricks of professional photographers or outdated pictures of our villa.

Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear that you had a great stay and that our communication and assistance met your needs. It's wonderful to know that you found the neighborhood quiet and family-friendly, and that the home was well-equipped with everything you needed, from cookware to pool toys. We appreciate your feedback about the street parking and the AC settings. For future reference, our property is self-catering, and we're always available to help with any adjustments needed, including the AC settings, to ensure your comfort. We're glad this didn't impact your stay. It's fantastic to hear that the kids enjoyed their own spaces and the pool. We look forward to welcoming you back soon for another enjoyable stay!

Its just always such a lovely feeling to host a great family such as this. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to the boys coming back to their holiday home again. As a thank you to great guests we offer a 10% discount on the next stay for any guests whom we were able to rate 5 star. Contact me when you are ready to re-book.
