STYLISH♡ fully renovated 1.5 hr from Yosemite

Fully and very stylish renovated 2bd/1 bth, with good size patio, free parking on premises, each room has smart tvs with HBO, Nefflix, Disney plus and much more. Also, you will enjoy of fast internet for those that work from home is perfect! We are located centrally close to many restaurants and 15 minutes' drive from all hospitals great for health care workers. We are 1.5 hr away from Yosemite National Park and Sequioa National Park. I would love to host you. Just note, no smoking inside the house and no parties. For our guest and neighbor safety, we do have a ring camera in the front door and one facing the parking lot motion sensor/recording.

Think again

Owners rented while heavy duty RR work was deafening. Jack hammers & RR signals were consistent from 6am til 1am. Only 5 hours with no house vibrating noise. Couldn’t hold zoom meetings or sleep or have family over. Heavy perfume scented everything & electrical problems. One of worst VRBOS in 30 years.

Fresno Christmas

We were pleased with this comfortable property. Check-in was easy and the apartment was as advertised (which is always very helpful in planning a trip). We had a couple of questions once we arrived and they were answered promptly.

Great place for a short trip

This is a well maintained property. It was very clean and fresh smelling upon first arrival. The check in was just text communication from the host. Simple. The location is nice. Easy to get to stores, restaurants, etc. As mentioned it is near some train tracks and the trains do come by frequently during the day and not really at night. This did not bother us but could be an issue for others. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are some complimentary coffee /tea supplies ready which is especially convenient when arriving late at night. Overall, a really nice little place that we would stay at again.

Delightful home away from home

We stayed at this rental while in town for a graduation. The property has 2-3 rental spaces that i believe may have been renovated to be rental properties. What sets this place apart though, is just how thoughtfully decorated and supplied this place was. You can tell a lot of care went into this place. The beds were really comfortable, soft and plush. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we could need and more. The house is so cute and comfortable, that we spent more time there than we would have expected. The host was also super accommodating and responsive. She really went above and beyond to make this a wonderful stay. I think others have mentioned this in other reviews but the location is a little sketchy and right next to the train, which can be a little disruptive but all in all not too bad. I didn't feel unsafe at any point and had plenty of parking. All in all, such a nice and pleasant stay. I'd stay here again!

Excellent stay. I would definitely recommend and rebook. Only downside was traffic noise and train but not too bothersome. Very easy access and excellent comfort. Veronica is an outstanding host👍👍🌈

In the middle of everything

Staying at this place made it so nice to go out on daily adventures throughout California. We were able to make meals and pack a lunch for each day. The kitchen was perfectly stock with things to make meals with. Our favorite part was how comfortable the king size bed was. We woke up each morning and lounged around and couldn't wait to crawl back into it after a long day of sight seeing. The only negative part was the location of the railroad tracks near the place. Close enough to hear the train come through. Would stay here again!
