The main floor of the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living areas. A laundry room is available with a washer and dryer. Read a book, work on a puzzle, or take a nap in the beautiful sunroom that sits off the back of the home and overlooks the lake. A relaxing deck with a gas grill, large table and umbrella, and easy access to the main level overlooks the lake and receives wonderful late afternoon/evening shade. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, double oven, full sized fridge, and dishwasher.

The lower level of the home has one bedroom and bathroom and walks out to a large, partially covered patio and access to the lake. All ages will find entertainment in the game room on this level. Choose from the large variety of games to play, challenge someone in ping-pong, or sign in to your steaming device on the 60 inch smart TV for a good movie to round out your fun day outside.

A quiet, peaceful cove of Loch Lomond is a short walk down a paved path. Three kayaks and pedal boat, covered dock with ceiling fan, beautiful stone patio, and fire pit are waiting for your use. This cove is perfect for swimming, floating, kayaking, sunbathing, fishing, or just sitting and enjoying the quiet. A wide variety of birds and critters that enjoy our cove add to the charm and ambience of this little gem in Northwest Arkansas. The oversized two car garage has plenty of room to store your mountain bikes, golf clubs, or other large items.
