The best lake access on the most peaceful lake in Bella Vista. No matter what season, sunrise or sunset the view from this home is captivating. The Heron House is a fully equipped home for your relaxing getaway or for a fun filled family trip. You will love entertaining your guests on the upper deck with our gas firepit and cozy chairs or fire up the grill and show off your grill master skills

This comfortable home provides the perfect launch pad to enjoy all that NW Arkansas has to offer. Bring your mountain bike or hiking boots to enjoy the miles of local trails. Play a round at one of the 7 lakes or drive 15 minutes to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. At the end of your day come home to the best view on Lake Rayburn where there are two firepits, a picnic table, BBQ, books, board games and two fishing kayaks. Come make memories at The Heron House. We hope you have a wonderful stay.

*You will have access to park your vehicle inside the garage space as well as be able to leave bikes safe and secure during your stay.

We decorated the home so that family and friends can feel at home, relax, put your feet up, enjoy entertaining in a fully stocked kitchen and still be able to have privacy within the 3 comfortable bedrooms and outdoor decks. Our visit was fabulous and the Heron lake house is the one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed in. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed or wanted. The owners paid attention to detail to have all needs met whether it’s for a baby or dog. I forgot my dogs food/water bowls and the house had them. They had water toys and fishing poles. I would definitely rent again. The property manager Regan was most helpful and responded quickly when I messaged her. 5/5 stars

We lived our stay at The Heron House. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Lake was great with easy access. Lots of towels which was very convenient for our group. Communication was quick and helpful. They have extra itema in thw laundry room that came in handy,and extra fishing poles (need a tune up) in the garage. Only lost a star for kitchen amenities. We cooked alot at the house, but didnt have any way to store our leftovers. The ice maker was a little slow, we recommend buying a bag of ice. Downstairs bedroom could use some better pillows, and watch out for the footboard corners, they took us out a few times. Outside of little things, our stay was excellent and highly recommend staying at The Heron House.

Annual family gathering

Our family celebrates 4th of July every year in BellaVista AR. This property was 1.9 miles from our gathering site

Beautiful property and loved the location on Lake Rayburn. It was so convenient to the main highway but very quiet and secluded. It was clean, and very nicely decorated. We had such a nice time kayaking. We loved sitting on the porch.

Great Find!

Our second bike trip to Bella Vista. Fabulous lake view from the house and deck. Clean, well appointed kitchen. We brought our dog, and the deck is secure to keep fido in. Good birding w resident bluebirds, purple martins,wood ducks. and of course, herons.

Small Issues

The house is great along with the location. Looking forward to returning in spring or summer. The owner/property manager should note that the propane fire pit does not stay on. Also, the oven only heats at 350. You cannot adjust the oven temperature. The digital numbers display that adjust the oven temperature does not work.

Flawless. 10/10. Amazing place!

Everything about this wonderful property is simply perfect. The condo is spacious and beautiful. Everything you need is here. The lake is gorgeous and quiet. The mountain biking on the neighboring trails is truly world-class, unique, thrilling. The town of Bentonville is quaint, safe, accessible, low-traffic, and interesting. All in all, we had a 10/10 stay and look forward to returning in the future. I am very grateful to the owner for allowing us to experience Bella Vista this way.
