2200 square feet. Directly on the river with seasonal dock. 1/2 acre grassed backyard with a firepit, 2 private decks with lots of seating and a 180-degree view. 3 large common, fully stocked and equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 3 king size beds. 2 Full bathrooms and a full laundry facility with detergents provided. Outdoor patio area with seating for up to 12 and 2 private river view decks with seating for up to 12. There is a fire pit but we do not provide wood, this can be purchased from local grocery stores. 20 steps to the front door and 50 steps to the river dock. Parking for 4 cars with extra parking across the street. Flexible check-in/out. 3155 River Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43614

A lovely destination to spend some time! I loved the view from the back porch, it was quiet and lovely without disturbing with all the curtains. We had a blast and enjoyed the space.

Great home with beautiful backyard overlooking the Maumee River. Nice central location making it easy to get both to downtown and the southern suburbs. Perfect for the long holiday weekend with the family.

On the river

This was by far the nicest VRBO property we have ever stayed at. So clean, well cared for and it had every supply and amenity you could need. The views out the windows were beautiful. Family uses this while at UT for graduation and we will definitely be back if we need somewhere with lots of space.

The property was immaculate, the amenities were fantastic, the view was great and there was plenty of on-street parking. The neighborhood was very nice and it was a short trip to downtown for the ball game. I would stay here again.

We had a fabulous time in the house, the river decks provided great views as did the patio, the game room was great for the kids, and the house had everything we needed. The location Cara’s perfect, we enjoyed the park down the street and proximity to the zoo. Highly recommend!

The perfect space!

The perfect spot for family coming into town for a get together! The property provided space for all of us to be together, but also allowed us to spread out. The extra bedding & extra box fans were a nice touch for the few members that had to sleep on the couches. Would totally recommend.

Great for families

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We all had plenty of room to relax: sit on the back porch, watch one of the many tvs, play games in the basement. The kitchen is well equipped with tableware, cookware, a blender, oven, microwave, coffee/tea bar. You just need to bring your own groceries and seasonings (salt and pepper). The sleepnumber beds are comfy and the bathroom had plenty of new towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we hoped for

Great location, clean and very spacious. Had all the supplies needed and a great game room (and top of the line W/D) on the lower level. Lyndsay was very responsive (although we had no issues). Great patio off the back overlooking the river - perfect for coffee and wildlife watching in the am, happy hour and grilling at night! Tip: if you’re a walker - you can walk to the excellent zoo - can even even use it for free for a morning walk before it opens (with registration). Toledo has some great spots and downtown Maumee also worth a visit. If you can bring a boat, trips up the Maumee River are a blast. All in all, it was exactly as we hoped!

Very nice property. We had a family thanksgiving get together with members from three states coming to Toledo where one of our family members lives. Perfect property with plenty of space for all of us. Very nicely kept and arranged with everything needed. Love the Nespresso machine. Great home away from home.
