The Little Yellow Cottage

Charming, clean, recently renovated cottage set back from the street in the picturesque, historic downtown Perrysburg. All new high-quality finishes and furniture with a full scope of amenities you would expect for a relaxing getaway or a comfortable work trip. Very quiet and just a short walk (or drive) to Perrysburg’s many boutiques and restaurants.

Cozy and quaint, this modern interpretation of a New England cottage has loads of nooks and modest-sized rooms (it was built in 1900), all made comfortable through minimal design, clean lines, and calming colors and hues. The living room opens directly onto a very private and spacious deck, complete with a new gas grill, a large dining table with umbrellas, as well as a propane fire table & deck chairs.

The entire home is yours, including the large front yard and the private deck in the back.

We will always be available via the app and our host is local, if there ever were a significant issue.

Walking distance to downtown Perrysburg, including several wonderful restaurants, pubs and stores. If you’ve never visited Perrysburg, it’s one of the most civilized, charming, and thriving small towns in the Midwest. There are a ton of great restaurants, with chef-quality entrees and flavors. Oh, and the town is rather friendly too!

Plenty of parking in our driveway and on street. Walk or bike to downtown Perrysbhrg, the community pool, sculpture park and even Fort Meigs. It’s also a quick drive to everything else you could ever need.

We are excited to announce we are now offering concierge services! Which means we can have your favorite foods, beer, wine and beverages in the home when you arrive. Guests will complete an online order from our local high-quality grocery store, pay for it and have it delivered to the property. Our concierge will meet the delivery person here, and refrigerate and properly store your items in the cupboards! We’ve been testing it, and can promise that there is nothing like arriving to a nice clean home, and have your favorite beverages and snacks there waiting for you. For now, we are offering this service for free, you just pay for the items and any delivery fees charged by the grocer.
