Our stay was great four our family of four! The place was clean, had a great configuration for our family, including two cots, and loved having the washer/dryer in the unit. While the city noise - mostly sirens was often, by the end of the week, you become accustomed to it. Being so close to the red line was key and the location was very central for our needs.

Broken microwave, broken stove, took 30 minutes to figure out how to get the dishwasher to stop beeping. City noise is pretty bad. Check in was not smooth. Beginning 24 hours from check in, started asking for check in information. Host would not provide an ETA for the information required to check in. The morning of our stay - still no check in information after requesting again. When we arrived at O’Hare airport the afternoon of our stay received additional request from host for another credit card before they could provide us check in information. When we pointed out that the additional credit card should not be necessary - more waiting. Note, that this reservation had been made a month before our stay. We began to think we were being scammed. Didn’t receive necessary check in information until we were in our rental car and headed toward the property about an hour before the check in time. Fairly stressful way to start our holiday.

Family Time

This apartment was fantastic. It was clean, quite except for the ambulances which is expected in the city. The location is great. We walked to everything except the Griffin Museum and Shess Aquarium which was just a short ride away..Had a great time with our 2 college kids. Charlie was a great host and was quick to respond when we had a question. They only thing that would make this place even better is a L-shape couch so that everyone has a comfortable place to sit after a day of walking.

Amazing Everything!

We use to live in Chicago and knew that this was a perfect location. And it still is. The hosts communication was top-notch, the place was as described, and everything was beyond clean. Highly highly recommend!

Country girls taking on the Windy City‌

Where do I start? This place is fantastic. The staff Rama J, Irene, and the other sweet lady with the dreads. I forgot her name, but their customer service skills are . The apartment was spotless and had just enough room for us. It was within walking distance of downtown and the train station. It is surrounded by shops, food places, and so much more. I felt safe as a country girl taking on a big city like Chicago. Safety was our top priority. I will stay here again.

Great stay, will absolutely be returning!

Cloud9 properties are alwaysss amazing and I'm so happy I got to stay here again! The unit was beautiful, spotless and in a prime location here in River North. Everything you need is nearby and the building itself is pristine. Host was super attentive to me and even fulfilled a somewhat unique request I had regarding the furniture! Overall, the experience was great and I'll for sure be using them again.

Great weekend in Chicago!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. My husband and I shared one bedroom, my in-laws shared the other bedroom, and my two teenage kids each used one of the comfortable cots available, sleeping in the living room. The building was clean, safe, and had welcoming front office staff. The parking was initially difficult to figure out, but with the help from the owner's text and the front office, we made it work. The location was a plus - walking distance to the Mag. Mile. The unit was very clean and had great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals. Overall, we had a great time! Would definitely stay again!

Long Weekend in the City

This location was perfect. Had a little trouble finding the entrance. But once we got in the front desk was very helpful. The view was amazing and the whole family enjoyed the stay.
