Start the day by rolling out of bed immersed in Laguna Beach's world-famous ocean views! This peaceful & beautiful 3-bedroom vintage Laguna Beach house is the perfect getaway.
LOCATION - 2 min drive / 15 min walk to the beach. - 2 min drive / 15 min walk to Moulton Meadows Park where you'll find tennis courts, a soccer field & hiking paths with ocean views. - 5 min drive to downtown LB where you can find, antique, art galleries, bars with live music & restaurants. - 3 min drive to Ralph's grocery store.
LIVING ROOM The living room is decorated with ethnic and antique pieces & lots of unique art objects. Original hardwood floors. Full windows that open up to the large patio.
BEDROOM 1 Master bedroom with full ocean view, a walk-in closet, 52" HDTV with Apple TV, ceiling fan, black out curtains and an office corner and a desk.
BEDROOM 2 Spacious room with a Queen bed, large mirror closet, small antique desk and a ceiling fan.
BEDROOM 3 Spacious room with a private bathroom, Queen bed, closet, large windows that look out to both the ocean & the canyon, and private doors that open out to the patio.
KITCHEN Full open kitchen with a view of the ocean and the canyon. New top of the line oven, stove, French door fridge and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with all cooking basics as well as a coffee grinder, drip coffee maker and a blender for smoothies.
BATHROOMS The house has 2 bathrooms. Larger bathroom has outdoor access to an open-air area. Smaller bathroom is in the 3rd bedroom.
GARDEN & PATIO The garden and patio are private for our guests. Plants in our garden need watering on a daily basis, which will be done by a gardener or our host. The host will reach out to set a time for watering the plants that is the most convenient for you.
ADDITIONAL NOTES The host/housekeeper lives adjacent to the property in a small unit with a separate entrance. You will not be sharing any amenities, outdoor space or parking space with them. Feel free to stop by and say hello!
RULES NO FIRES / SMOKING: Laguna Beach is a fire and a no smoking zone. So NO CANDLES, FIRE PITS, BBQs, FIREPLACES. Only battery powered candles are allowed.
SAND: Please rinse off sand at the outdoor shower before taking showers indoors to avoid clogging the pipes.
FURNITURE: Please treat the house as you would your own. Use coasters on all bare wood surfaces to prevent water marks. The floors are original hardwood floors so please be careful about scratches and damages. Please take off your shoes at the door. We appreciate this greatly!
SAFETY: Lock all windows and doors whenever leaving the house.
HEATING /AC - Yes, with prior security deposit.

NO PARTIES
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at 12:00pm (PST). Code to the key lock will be given to guests before arrival (see check in instructions.) Please assure that all doors, and windows are securely locked, and lights are turned off. Owners are not responsible for items left in the rental home.
PARKING: Off street parking for 4-5 cars available on premises. Please park in the lower lot. Owners accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the vehicle or its contents while parked on the premises and tenants agree that parking is at their own risk.
OCCUPANCY: The premises are to be used only as a private residence for Tenants, and for no other purpose without Owners’ prior written consent. Tenants shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other nearby resident.
ASSIGNMENT/SUBLETTING: Tenants shall not sublet any part of the premises or assign this agreement without the prior written consent of Owners.
RESTRICTIONS: NO SMOKING. Tenants also agree that any tenant found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy of these premises.
SOUND ORDINANCE: Outdoor music, conversation and noise must never exceed an ambient level. Outdoor music must be turned off completely by 9:00 p.m. Indoor music must be at an ambient level after 11 p.m. As this is a residential neighborhood, the owner accepts no responsibility for noise in the area (ie. Street cleaning, yard or outdoor work, building, pets or children) so long as the noise would be not break any local noise ordinances and/or is within the normal business operating hours of the city.
UTILITIES: Owner will provide Internet, TV, water, electricity and trash removal.
LINENS/TOWELS: Linens and towels are provided for Tenants during occupancy. A replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit should any towels or linens be removed from the property.
APPLIANCE USE: Appliances are provided for Tenants during occupancy. A replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit should any items be broken, damaged, or removed from the property.
