Le chalet est dans une petite rue calme, loin de l'agitation des touristes et des bruits de la circulation du village, ce chalet de 2 1/2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est l'endroit idéal pour les individus, les couples et les familles pour se détendre, se réunir et profiter et apprécier la beauté naturelle du sable et de la mer et le charme de Laguna Beach. Cinq minutes à pied du centre de tout.

Règlement intérieur et instructions de départ.

• le départ est à 11h (sans exception)
• il s'agit d'un environnement non fumeur - ne fumez nulle part sur le
propriété - à l'intérieur, à l'extérieur ou dans les limites de la propriété. la violation
entraîner un coût de fumigation déduit du dépôt de garantie.
• Verrouillez les portes et éteignez le chauffage et toutes les lumières.
• Ne laissez aucun vêtement ou serviette humide sur le meuble.
• Ne laissez aucun aliment ouvert
• NE PAS UTILISER LES COMPTOIRS EN MARBRE COMME PLANCHE À DÉCOUPER. Il y a
          planche à découper disponible dans la cuisine.
• Vider toutes les ordures dans le conteneur gris (RECYCLE) ou le conteneur bleu
          (TRASH) fourni dans les bacs à côté de la rue.
• Ne laissez pas de serviettes mouillées sur le sol.

My family had a wonderful stay here during the month of March. The kids absolutely loved being able to go see the birds in the aviary. The location is phenomenal, the property is clean, and we had everything needed to feel right at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed

House was clean, great location, had towels and beach supplies to use, was well stocked, the showers were lovely, the beds were soooo comfy, and we really enjoyed the aviary in the backyard. We loved everything about this property and would recommend to anyone.

Guests can’t ask for better accommodations. Our hosts, Lilly and Holly gave us great tips on finding the best beaches and optimum routes to where we wanted to go. The Cottage had all the amenities and more for our beach days. Everything is in walking distance too. I can’t recommend Seabreeze Cottage enough. Stellar!

The cottage is very comfortable and very well equipped. Comfy beds and thick towels add to homey feel. The outdoor garden and aviary were delightful. And Lily is very responsive to any questions. The only “negative “ is the tight parking especially if u have a larger vehicle. Will definitely be returning to this 5 star property

Lovely spot

We really enjoyed our short time at the cottage. Lily was attentive and easy to work with for check in and check out. The cottage is cuter than the pics show and is updated beautifully. It was an excellent location. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

Great gem of a property

We stayed here with our 3 kids (4 6 and 8) and the house was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal - we could walk to beaches and restaurants and the grocery store - and the house itself was spotless and larger than we expected. We loved our stay! The owners were very responsive with any questions too.

Beautiful cottage

We were in Laguna for a wedding. The cottage was a perfect place for us to stay. It has a great location and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive as well! Wonderful option!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood close to town shopping and beaches

The home was lovely outside and in. I was surprised to see the bird aviary in the back - it was so nice to see the cute birds every morning. Bed was super comfortable. Shower was great. Town was very close and so were the beaches, yet it was in a quiet neighborhood and the street does not get much traffic. I am looking forward to coming back! Hosts were very nice, too.

Cozy!

This is a cozy get-away where you can sit and relax and enjoy the birds and plants. The beach and shops are nearby when you are ready to venture out. It’s a keeper!

Quaint and peaceful cottage

Enjoyed our stay at the Sea Breeze Cottage very much. The cottage is cosy, very quiet and comfortable, reminiscent of a childhood family beach cottage. The cottage was thoughtfully outfitted with everything we needed, and was a pleasant 5 minute walk down the hill to downtown Laguna restaurants and the main beach.

Charming

Sea breeze is the perfect getaway cottage. Charming interior, beautiful garden with a delightful aviary out back and great proximity to everything in Laguna Beach. A treasure.
