A Clearwater Beach beauty on the Intercoastal Waters!

This gorgeous updated condo offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and it accommodates a total of 6-8 guests. This is a beautiful condo offering a great location to enjoy your getaway!

Exquisite water views from both the primary bedroom and living areas. The layout is so comfortable and relaxing that you feel like your home.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, the second bedroom features a King bed. There is a hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom features 2 Full beds with an ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has comfortable and relaxing beds that you can sleep the night away!

Fully equipped kitchen for you to cook any meal that suits you and your family or friends! The dining table comfortably seats 4 guests and the bar area is seating for 3.

The living area is large and comfortable, but best of all it has access to its own waterfront balcony! You can enjoy the expansive water views, feeling like you are on top of the world.

The location is really perfect - you are walking distance to the beach, but also in the heart of Clearwater Beach, where most everything is just a short walk away.

We make it easy for you with the beautiful accommodations and ease to enjoy the area any time of the day or night.

With access to the shared pool that overlooks the Intercoastal waters, it's sure to allow for some much needed rest and relaxation. Just what you've been waiting for!

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Reviewer Comments: we think this is our best vrbo experience to date...clean, huge, for the six of us it was so so spacious,so quiet, absolutely loved going outside first thing in the morning,rt out our bedroom sliding doors,cozy lanai furniture, the kids had plenty of room and their own bed, tons of great comfy pillows, kitchen was huge, simple, (we cook a lot though so oil, salt & pepper would've been nice to have) i did bring a wash rag, to have some sponges /more dish soap would've been helpful) trash disposal was easy, laundry was perfectly situated and made beach life 100% easier, pool area was neat &clean... i cannot say enough about the master suite, perfection. absolutely would return! so, so grateful!

Good location. Not too much to say that’s positive except location was good and the bathrooms were nice. Furniture was really old and worn down. Balcony furniture was so bad it made it hard to enjoy the view. Bare minimum wasn’t even in the unit. Zero of anything extra. Not even wash clothes, there was two, 4 people are t sharing 2. No extra bedsi g of any kind, such as blankets. Kitchen was hardly stocked with necessities, could get by but not comfortably. All this mentioned wasn’t life or death but for people flying in can’t bring much. This was the only unit I have ever rented that had nothing for the beach such as an umbrella or even a chair. I know they don’t have to but it would have been a nice touch. Other family stayed next door and their unit was great, tastefully decorated, clean, extra bedding, extra towels and beach gear. Also just to note I have never complained about any unit or rental I have ever used. And yes I tried contacting people cause the pool key/fob did not even work and yes I declined people coming back over to replace the key and to bring wash cloths and also clean the floor, we used the pool next door cause of other family staying and already purchased loofas for showers.

Great location!

Very clean and functional condo, big kitchen and plenty of pots pans and plates. Missing coffee filters but bought a box to leave. A little noisy with gas station and main road near by but amazing view! Saw dolphins an Osprey and manatee from the balcony. Only one complaint, morning sun is very bright! Bring a suction cup curtain with you or you won’t be able to sit in the living room till about 930a. It would be great to have at least a simple pull curtain to block the sun when needed. Overall great place and will definitely recommend!! Food very close! Taco Bus and Parlor donuts across the street! Can’t wait to come back!!

Family stay in April

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this rental as a family in April. Overall, the rental was good. It was SPOTLESSLY clean upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable (though the sheets and bedding did not fit them well and they were loose and easily got pulled off the mattress). The outdoor furniture was not in the best shape- our children got injured (scratched/ scraped) on the rusty furniture legs twice. But the large balcony was lovely- we spent a lot of time out there, and enjoyed the daily visits from the dolphins playing and hunting in the intercoastal right in front of us. The outdoor dining set was great to have- however, there were not plastic plates or dishes to use to eat outdoors, and with young children- we were hesitant to use the ceramic/ glass dinnerware. There were some basic items available in the kitchen, but compared to other rentals I have stayed at- it was very basically appointed, and with items that showed their wear and tear. We used the pool and hot tub- they are not overly large, but were also not overcrowded during our visits. Parking was easy- loved the assigned spots. Lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Parlor Doughnuts was right across the street- a must try! The beach was easily accessible with a short walk. We did rent a wagon to help haul our gear and kids, and I would definitely recommend something similar if you have young children. Overall, our stay was good. It really came down to the little things (mismatched flatware, no matching towels, no plastic ware, etc.) and the extra touches that were missing that would have put this rental over the top to be truly great and have more of a luxury rental feel and feel more consistent with the rental costs.

Another magnificent stay

This was Year 37 for us in Clearwater Beach and Year 18 in Harborview Grande. The location and secure building are both fantastic. The host of this particular unit was helpful and responsive. Overall, the property rates high for cleanliness, hospitality and service. And the location is second to none.

Great winter getaway

The location of this property was fantastic, a short/easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops, with a nice water view off the balcony. The property was very clean; our check-in instructions were clear; and the property manager was very responsive, friendly, and helpful when we had questions. We very much enjoyed our stay at Gorgeous Getaway and would definitely book again if we return to the area.

Beach vacation

Great place to stay for a nice beach vacation. Walking distance to the marina and Pier 60 where most of the activity is. Hosts were also very communicative before check in and the day before check out and when they learned we were in the area early they offered us early check-in without us even having to ask. Next time we are in Clearwater this is where we will stay.

Family trip

We enjoyed the stay it was in a great location and the view of the bay was beautiful. Only 1 key for the house due to an issue with the lock the road is very busy on the weekend which makes sleeping difficult otherwise clean and easy access to a lot.

Fantastic!!!

We had a wonderful vacation At Clearwater Beach. This condo is just as advertised. Sure clean, beautiful and in the perfect location to enjoy Clearwater beach. Just a short walk to beach and super close to a bunch of restaurants. There were plenty of towels and supplies. The balcony is large if lucky, you’ll see dolphins swimming in the harbor. It’s a short walk to everything in Clearwater and having parking is very convenient. Julian from beach time rental was very responsive. We would definitely rent here again if we come back to Clearwater Beach

Great time

Check in was a little spotty at best. Received 2 different codes for the gate to get into the parking lot, 1 number was texted to me via agent, the other was in an app we were told to download, same incorrect gate code was printed inside the apartment. Once we got the correct gate code and got into the apartment, we had to wait outside the door of the apartment for 20+ minutes as none of the multiple door codes we were given worked BUT Julian was a big help, after lots of trial and error we got it fixed and the rest of the trip was perfect. Place was gorgeous inside, full service kitchen, beautiful master bedroom +bathroom, fantastic location to beach and all restaurants, nice heated pool and hot tub as well. Would recommend
