Cette copropriĂ©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est au cƓur de Clearwater Beach. Cette rĂ©gion est bien connue pour ses plages de sable blanc immaculĂ©es et ses activitĂ©s Ă  gogo. L'unitĂ© pourra accueillir confortablement 6 personnes et dispose de toutes les commoditĂ©s modernes. Il est trĂšs joliment dĂ©corĂ© (comme l'ont dit nos locataires) et est un endroit idĂ©al pour se dĂ©tendre ou utiliser comme base pour dĂ©couvrir le centre de la Floride. Le bĂątiment n'a que 12 ans et ressemble Ă  un dĂ©veloppement trĂšs nouveau et frais. Le stationnement sous le bĂątiment garde votre voiture au frais et Ă  l'abri du soleil.

The location is phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and check out Sand Key which is visible from your front door. So many restaurants and activities within walking/biking distance! Wish we could have stayed longer! Fantastic stay!

Perfect spot!

The condo was big and clean. It was close to the beach (5 min walk) and restaurants. It was slightly off the busiest spot which is nice. Kids had a blast on the 8th floor balcony where we ate a lot of meals and saw dolphins on at least 5 different occasions. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous condo

Pictures on the website do not do this condo justice. The view of the harbor is expansive and we were visited by dolphins everyday! Furnishings were great. Overall it was wonderful.

Beautiful Location great for families

This condo was as described and more. Great views and plenty of space for a family. Short walk to Clearwater Beach. Plenty of shops and dining all within walking distance. The host was amazing and made sure we had a great stay. The host also was wonderful at providing great tips and suggestions for the area.

Great vacay!

The condo was beautiful and very clean. The view was amazing and it was close to other amenities and resorts on the beach that we could enjoy as well. Lots to do within walking distance in addition to the beach. Anna was great about contacting us and also providing information about restaurants and other activities/attractions.

Spring Training in Paradise!

Loved the condo! Beautiful views from the balcony! We loved watching the dolphins jumping! Location is perfect. We were not only close to the Phillies spring training stadium but also next to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Clearwater Beach Christmas

Great Vacation!

We loved the cond. We felt right at home. The view was fantastic and it was the best at night. Anna and Ben are the best. Anna even called to tell us there was a little issue and the next day (Sunday) there was someone there first thing in the morning. We definitely would stay here in the future.

Great time

This is a beautiful condo with everything you need including beach chairs and some aloe for sunburns, lol. Anna, the person in charge of the condo was great. It was easy to find and is within walking distance to a lot of different restaurants. I am 66 so the pier is a ways to walk but beach walk was ok. Take a wagon with you, if you can, it helps.

Month Long Family Stay

I just stayed here for a month with my family including 2 teenagers. The place had everything I needed to use the kitchen for a month and make meals I normally would. Location is excellent. Teens could walk anywhere they wanted. Beach and pier were close by. I was able to work using their wifi, so no issues there. If you are looking for a different Beach experience, Sand Key beach is across the bridge just a couple of blocks away.

It's All About the Views!

The views of a quiet harbour of the Intracoastal Waterway from the large balcony of this 8th floor penthouse condo are breathtaking! We saw dolphins in the harbour almost every day! In addition to access to the balcony from the living room, the master bedroom also has sliding doors that open to the balcony. The two other bedrooms have views of Sand Key and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is lovely, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a fabulous beach vacation! It is walking distance to everything! The owner Anna is wonderful and was available to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Harborview Grande is located in a fabulous location! Beautiful Condo

This was our 4th family vacation to Clearwater and one of the best condos we stayed in. Love the location and great views from the balcony. Seen dolphins and Manatees almost every morning right below our balcony!

My family and I are Canadians (Toronto - Niagara area) with strong ties to the Clearwater area. We have been vacationing in Clearwater and have been owners in this area for 30 years. Currently, we have our own second home 2 miles away on the beach known as Sand Key in Clearwater.

This property represented our further investment in a fabulous part of the Gulf Coast. Clearwater Beach is well known and draws people from all over the world.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Location, location, location!! Spectacular 360 degree views of water. We wish all of our renters a great holiday and will make sure that all is right for them. As a part-time resident of Sand Key (City of Clearwater), I have had great experiences in dining all around the area. From Tarpon Springs to St. Pete's, I can recommend the best seafood, Italian, pizza and everything in between. I would be very happy to pass on the benefit of our experiences to you. If you like music, comedy and entertainment generally, there are two great venues: Ruth Eckerd Hall/Capitol Theatre and St. Pete's Center for Performing Arts. Once your travel dates are confirmed, check these 2 spots on the 'net for any possible show of interest. Clearwater and Largo often hold outdoor concerts which may coincide with your travel to the area.....check it out!!!
