Relaxing Vacation Home by the Bay

Come stay at our private and simple home located in the quiet village of Bay View. This two-bedroom two bath home has everything you need for your trip and is located within walking distance of Sandusky Bay. We are conveniently located within minutes of popular attractions such as Cedar Point and the Lake Erie Islands. We are also situated near many other local conveniences such as boating, fishing, biking, golfing, and many restaurants and wineries. There are golf cart rentals and a local restaurant within walking distance. Our village is a very nice, safe place to ride bikes or walk around after a day visiting the sites or being on the water. Off street parking for two vehicles in driveway and additional parking for vehicle and small boat within walking distance. There is also a boat ramp within ½ mile. We are close to shopping with a 5-minute drive to Dollar General and 11-minute drive to Wal-Mart.

* Flat Screen TV's. TV's in every room with Firesticks with Stream TV for cable channels

*All beds have freshly washed linens. One Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Second Bedroom has two new single beds and Living Room has queen-size pull-out couch with new foam topper.
* Laundry room with washer & dryer
* Separate bar area located just off garage (rest of garage is not accessible to guests).
Now for the rules,
No parties or events.
No loud noise after 11.
No smoking in house.
No pets.
No fires or fireworks.
No more than 6 guests without permission.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on property.
Turn propane tank off if you use grill or fire pit.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We are Not responsible for injuries.
You will be held responsible if you cause damage to house or items.
You agree to all these house rules upon booking this property.
