Coconut Cabana est au bord de l'eau sur White Sound, Green Turtle Cay dans les Bahamas d'Abaco. La maison privée est entourée d'un porche grillagé qui surplombe White Sound et The Bluff House Yacht Club. En tant que partie privée d'un complexe, il utilise toutes les commodités du complexe avec un bar et un restaurant au bord de la piscine, une plage, un bar de plage, un paddle-tennis, une marina, etc.

La maison décorée par un designer a un plan d'étage ouvert pour se divertir facilement à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur avec une grande cuisine de campagne entièrement équipée. Les deux suites parentales identiques sont décorées de manière tropicale avec des bains privés et tous les draps sont inclus.

Le quai du Coconut Cabana mesure 80 pouces avec des impuretés des deux côtés pour les petits bateaux. White Sound est un port actif avec beaucoup d'activités en bateau. Le ferry d'eau peut vous livrer directement à votre quai privé.

Coconut Cabana est aussi avant et au centre que vous pouvez le faire sur Green Turtle Cay.

Great location dock

We took our boat over for almost two weeks and this location was perfect and having a dock at the property was extremely convenient!The home was very clean, golf cart was waiting for us when we arrived and the hosts / property manager were very responsive.Will stay again!

Oven was either broken or not hooked up, probably the latter because it looked like it had never been used. Unfortunately, and beyond the owners control, almost an entire house was built outside the front door every day but Christmas and the day after. Washer and dryer worked great! LED lighting was mixed in with other bulbs which compromised the ambiance. The sunporch was especially nice! Sadly, I left my hand-painted sun hat on a hook by the front door. Della (the lovely Manager) is on a Search and Rescue for it. We had a great time!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. The pictures you shared are sweet. The oven does work. Sorry you had issues. Stove is newish (post Dorian) as is most everything else in and out of house. Our maid makes it look unused! We apologize for construction across street. Our neighbor's Villa is the last in the area needing to be rebuilt after Dorian. At the speed they are going they will be done soon. We look forward to its completion as do our neighbors after 6 years. We have recovered your hat as well as your beach tent and we will return to our mutual friends. Yes, Della is a lovely lady and we are lucky to have her be our representative. Check in was very easy. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The property was awesome. I wasn’t really ready for how bad the mosquitoes were on the whole island but I guess the islands always have mosquitoes or no seeums.

Awesome time in Green Turtle!

Great house, very communicative owners. Easy check in process and well stocked property with a great view of the harbor. We love the abacos and this was a great place to stay!

Great house in a great location

We enjoyed our time at Coconut Cabana and would definitely stay there again. Having a private dock was great and access to the next door Bluff House pool, as well as the Boathouse restaurant and Tranquil Turtle beach bar was very convenient. Look forward to another visit.

The house was lovely and well equipped. The location, right next to Bluff House Marina, was perfect for us. The showers were especially nice. We enjoy our stay!

Wonderful location

We had such a nice vacation at the Cabana! This is our second time on the island and we would glady rebook this property for our next stay. It was perfect for our family of four. The screened in lani was very nice to hide from the bugs and rainy days and the dock was a plus for our boat rental. GTC we will be back!

We love this house. So close to the Bluff House, pool, beach and great bar and restaurant! Great view!!! Comfy beds!! Cannot go wrong here.

On the Bluff

We were on the island as part of a wedding party. The combinations were great. Everything functioned in the home was in the wonderful location. It was very nice to have the dock and a place to keep the boat during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great Trip

The Coconut Cabana was just as described...well maintained, cleaned and close to everything. The dock worked great for our 31 foot center console. Working with the owners was a pleasure as well as the caretakers. A great set-up.

Beautiful cottage in a perfect setting

The cottage was even better in person than in the pictures. Everything needed for a perfect trip in an extremely well stocked house. The pier was well protected and in great shape and even a cart provided to transport items back and forth. We have been to Abaco 8 times and this is the top spot we have stayed in all of our visits

This property is great and we have stayed here before. The only problem was the neighbor and her dogs. The dogs kept coming over and pooping on the lawn and the neighbor didn't pick it up and we had to look at it and smell it for days. We couldn't enjoy sitting out on the patio that much.

Great stay!

We traveled as 2 couples to visit GTC for the 1st time since Hurricane Dorian. We knew it was "off" season so it was wonderful to get to talk more with locals and enjoy end of season dinners at both Bluff House and Green Turtle Club. We have stayed once before at this house and it was just as before- lovely, clean and peaceful. Della met us at the docks, we had our Seaside Golf cart waiting and Donny delivered our boat the next day. It was a wonderful 5 night stay, enjoyed a combo of eating out enjoying lobster and fresh fish and cooking at the house a couple of nights!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Coconut Cabana. The home is very, very clean and cared for. The split plan with two bedrooms is perfect for two couples or a family. The screened in porch was wonderful in the mornings and evenings to sit and overlook white sound. The dock was adequate for our boat, although a bit shallow when the tide went out. We had a few little hiccups. The washing machine wasn’t working and the grill was out of gas, but the property manager Della offered to wash our clothes, but we chose to use the bluff house washers next-door and with the grill she came right over with a full tank of gas.The coconut bread Was delicious as it was left as a welcoming gift and Della even picked us up an extra loaf.We will definitely stay here again.

My first time and can't wait for many more.

We came to fish and snorkel, and we did it all.be came over from FL on our 32' center console and it was the perfect location for convenience and safety. We weren't worried about our boat and supplies. The road came right to the house so it was convenient for the golf cart. We LOVED all the beaches, and bluff house beach was the paradise that makes dreams come true. Dianne is a fabulous person and a pleasure to communicate with. She's so responsive and experienced. She helped me know what to expect. We fished and snorkeled and had a blast.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay at Coconut Cabana. The house was very comfortable for two couples. The location is wonderful with a private dock, several excellent restaurants and a beach within easy walking distance and a pool right next door. A golf cart is all you need to access numerous beautiful beaches and snorkeling sites but the private dock makes renting a boat very convenient. The boat provides easy access to most of the island beaches, fly fishing flats, restaurants and shopping, as well as access to all of the surrounding cays. The owners, Dianne and Eli, were very responsive and helpful while planning our trip. We highly recommend this property.

Refreshing return to GTC

We hadn’t been to GTC since 2012 and the Coconut Cabana was a terrific place to settle in for a relaxing week. Terrific communication that ensured when we arrived someone would help us from the dock to the house and get settled. The house had terrific location overlooking part of White Sound, convenient to Bluff house restaurant and beach bar, and was very comfortable for a family of four to unwind from a busy day. Check out process smooth including assistance in getting our bags to the dock and confirming with ferry our departure time.

A cozy cottage

Thank you Dianne & Eliiott for allowing us to stay in you’re comfortable & well appointed cottage. We especially enjoyed spending our mornings & evenings sitting on the lanai. We never did figure out how to work the tv’s in the bedrooms, but that was never a big deal anyhow. Caroljean is a gem & answered any & all questions we had (when we first got to the house, & there were several). The kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals in & the bedrooms & baths were an accommodating size. We loved overlooking Bluffhouse & the marina & would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for peace & comfort. Thanks again for everything.

Thanks for your review. Having what you need on vacation is important for your comfort. We have tried to stock Coconut Cabana with everything you need to enjoy your stay. That being said we agree with you about sitting on screened lanai where you all you need is a drink and polaroid’s. It’s different being in a house that has lots more boats passing than cars lots, lots more. Carol Jean is something else. Everybody likes her better than me. Eli

Eliott and Dianne live in the mountains of Colorado where Eli has been a ski bum and owned a ski shop for over 35 years. Retired in 2014 we spend more time on Green Turtle usually in the Fall and Winter. We travel as much as possible and enjoy our retirement immensely.

Coconut Cabana is located near the heart of the action on White Sound but, still private at the end of the palm tree lined drive. Your private dock is steps from your door and minutes by boat to the Ocean, the reefs, the Town of New Plymouth, the Sea of Abaco and Great Abaco. The Sound is protected from the Ocean yet has easy access to all areas.

The people on Green Turtle are what made our decision to live there easy. We have traveled the World and settled on this area as our home away from home. The convenience of getting from Colorado to GTC and home again in one day and not arriving totally exhausted was the clincher for us to settle here.
