Belle maison en bois, à quelques pas de la plage - 6 personnes - emplacement stratégique

Cette belle maison en bois a été construite par son propriétaire. Vous trouverez des bois de cyprès sur ses murs et ses plafonds avec des finitions faites à la main qui gardent toujours la maison à une température agréable. Vous pourrez profiter de vos vacances dans une authentique maison de Green Turtle Cay.

Un jardin accueillant, rempli de plantes régionales, définit le fond de la propriété avec des fleurs et des fruits. Et quel meilleur endroit pour lire que l'un des deux ponts ouverts où les oiseaux ont tendance à se rendre.

Toutes les pièces et tous les environnements de la maison sont spacieux, la maison dispose de 3 chambres confortables, chacune avec sa climatisation et son ventilateur de plafond: la chambre principale possède sa propre salle de bain, lit queen size; la deuxième chambre se compose d'un lit queen size et la troisième chambre de deux lits jumeaux.

Le salon est équipé de la télévision par câble, DVD, VHS et de nombreux films dans ces formats pour en profiter. Accès Internet, divers livres à lire et jeux de société pour les plus petits.

Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous ses appareils et la vaisselle complète, le chef aura un espace suffisant pour ravir tout le monde. Il a un comptoir pour 4 personnes. La salle à manger a une table pour 6 personnes, pour prendre les repas ensemble.

Nous avons une longue terrasse avec un bar décoré avec les trésors originaux de l'océan, où vous pourrez profiter du son de la mer. Un vaste patio avec barbecue et buanderie.

Il a double garage ouvert.

L’emplacement de cette maison est très intéressant, c’est à quelques pas de deux accès à la plage, à quelques mètres du Leeward Yacht Club Marine, du chantier naval "Abaco Yacht Service", à environ 5 minutes de la ville antique de New Plymouth. Dans l’autre direction, arrivez à 5 minutes des plages comme Coco Bay et Green Turtle Club Marina. C'est une position stratégique et un endroit très agréable pour promener votre animal de compagnie.

The house was very spacious; a little dated but still cozy and rustic looking, a nice cottage feel. The only suggestion we have is that there be a back up generator for the house when the power goes out, which occurred multiple times during our stay. We really enjoyed staying at the house during our vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at the property and it was just as good as the first. The house is very clean, in a great location and everything worked perfectly. The owners are super nice and great communicators. I definitely recommend this property.

We arrived and Rosa met us at the dock and helped us get our gear to the house. She was really helpful. The house is clean and the air conditioning works great. Will stay again.

This is my first long trip to GTC after Dorian. I couldn’t have found a better place to stay. Located in a nice quiet community that is central to both ends of the island. Close to the beach. I enjoyed the planted gardens too. Comfortable and roomy inside the home. Reminded me of the GTC I have always loved. Hope to stay here again on my next visit.

Great little house!

Great location! 2 min walk from small market and beach. House has everything you need. It hasn't been updated inside in a little while but we were on the beach the whole time so it really doesn't matter. Would stay again

Great house and close to beach

Cute bungalow a block from beach. Large rooms, 3 bedrooms, well stocked kitchen. Lovely, large yard. Safe parking for golf cart with nearby hose for cleaning off snorkeling gear. Short drive to Plymouth or to north side of island. David and Rosa were always quick with their replies and helpful. We will be back!!

Great Stay on Green Turtle

Great deal on Green Turtle! Our family of 5 (3 younger kids) enjoyed this house while we weren't at the beach, on the boat, or in the water! It may not be as fancy as some of the new beachfront houses, but it checks all the boxes and is a fantastic deal! Will be back!

Beautiful Quiet housing area

We loved this house. It was very functional for us and would easily accommodate 6 people with the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen definitely met our needs for the week. We made every meal at the house. The hot showers and baths were great at the end of a long day. We will plan to stay here again.

Fun in the Sun!

Green Turtle Estates is the perfect location mid-island. We were a short golf cart ride away from Donny’s Marina, where we kept the rental boat, and just a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach perfect for shelling, relaxing and catching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We will be back next year!

Neat and tidy clean home

Myself and my family stayed in this house for a family wedding on Green Turtle Cay. The location was super close to the marina where we rented a boat. And only about a 10 minute golf cart ride to the wedding location on the other side of the island. House was neat and tidy and the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool. I would definitely stay there again!

Quick green turtle vacation

The house was centrally located to the entire island. A golf cart would be a must. The house was very spacious and clean. A bit dated but still very nice and the price reflected this, so it was a very good compromise. My only complaint is the rooster next door hampered my ability to sleep in. Not the property owners fault just an observation. I would defiantly stay there again.

Wonderful House- Great Location

We arrived earlier than the rest of our party and needed a short rental to bridge the gap. The could have easily been the house for our entire trip. It had just about everything we needed. The only thing missing was some bedtime lamps- made it hard if one person wanted to read and one didn't. Other than that the house was situated close to the beach for snorkeling and town is never that far away. Eloise was delightful- would absolutely stay there again.

Not what we expected.

We did not feel that this house is worth a high rating. It may have been at one time, but now we feel that it is run down and there is junk all around. There was a broken window that had cardboard taped over it above the twin bed and the tape was coming off which could have resulted in an injury. The one bathroom had stains in the tub and the mirror was missing decorator shells that were at one time glued around frame. In the master, we had to really juggle the faucet in order to get the water through the shower completely. Many of the rental houses on Green Turtle Cay have generators. This house does not. When the power went out (which has been common on all of Abaco) there was no electricity and no water. The owner was having some personal problems and helped by mitigating some problems, and we appreciated that, but still, we would have to rate this home a 5 at best.

This was just what we needed for a month to decide if we could live on GTC. Brought the fuzzy friends, ate loads of fish, and learned to like chickens crowing for dawn. It's easy to forget the city here.
