The Home Sleeps 8 comfortably and comes with a Fully equipped Kitchen and Dining table that seats 8 guests. There is 65-inch 4k Smart TV in the living room, 1 king bed in the master and 2 queen beds for the other 2 rooms. The master bedroom comes with extra-large closets, a 50-inch 4k TV with a private bathroom. Theres a Sleeper Sofa in the 2 Living room/Reading room.

Nicely updated and a good location
The house appears newly renovated. The layout is ideal for a group of various ages, with separate living spaces that allow for quiet or busier activities. The house was spotlessly clean and the appliances were new and operated easily, except for the dishwasher which was confusing and did not clean well. There were a few items that I wish I had known ahead of time. 1. The house is not really kid-friendly. There are lots of glasses for adult beverages, but no unbreakable plates, bowls or cups for kids. 2. Many reviews listed the driveway limitations, but we found it impossible to park our Traverse. Happily, we always found street parking right out front. 3. The rental is one side of a duplex. If your neighbor is noisy, you hear it. We had a yappy dog barking and a loud snorer in the adjoining rental. No way to know what cards you will be dealt here. 4. The dining table is large enough to seat eight people, which was able to handle the number of beds in the unit. BEWARE of the ends of the table supports which are placed somewhat awkwardly. 5. No one in our group slept on the pull out couch, so I cannot speak to the comfort, but it is right inside the front door. 6. The property is close enough to all the sites you might want to visit in the San Diego area. 7. The only small appliances are a toaster and coffee maker. Overall, we were well pleased with our experience here.

Short stay in San Diego
Comfortable for 7 adults and child. Walking distance from pizza and convenience / liquor store. House is nicely decorated. We felt right at home! Cottage feeling inside. Backyard was cool! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay
This was a perfect property with all the amenities needed in the house. The location was perfect! It was so close to almost everything.. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family!

Worst Rental Ever
After a 3AM start to our travels, we arrived in the evening and the place had not been cleaned from the previous renter. I tried for over an hour to get a hold of the manager and VRBO and ended up having to find a hotel for my family. It was a complete nightmare and we still have NOT received all our money back and the property manager says it's VRBO and VRBO says it the property manager.

Newly renovated in 2021 the home is 1100 square feet and comes with engineered hard wood floors, quartz countertops, 2 living room areas and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal. The living room/Kitchen area are combined and it has a large sofa with an 8-seater dinning table with a 65-inch 4k Smart TV. The master bedroom boasts a king Bed with double closets and a private bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed and a large closet. The third bedroom comes with another queen bed, dresser, closet and a 50-inch 4k smart TV for your viewing pleasures. The second living room is located right as you enter the home and has a comfortable sleeper sofa with a plush Puff. The home is also equipped with a large washer/dryer and private parking. The home is located in a residential neighborhood centrally located in the San Diego with plenty of street parking available. We also provide private HIGH speed ATT internet for our guest.

The home is located in the neighborhood of Linda Vista and is minutes from popular attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Some of these include Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego, San Diego Beaches, Sea World, the world-famous San Diego Zoo, the Cabrillo National Monument, Balboa Park, Old Town, and many historic parks and museums. Its also locate within 2 miles of the Sharp/Rady’s children hospital, 2 miles from USD university. Guests will need a car or hire an UBER/Lyft to get around. There is a BUS stop within 1 mile from the house, guest can also utilize the Metropolitan Transit System red trolley is a fun, easy and convenient way to get around. The home is fully renovated and so it’s the back yard. The back yard has table and chairs along with a BBQ grill for your convenience.
There are RING cameras on the property outside the home for security purposes only. There is plenty of street parking and private parking available.
