Outfitted with HD TV, DVR, premium stations and sound bar you can connect and watch or listen with ease. Two remote controlled mini splits keep the room temperatures comfortable all year round supplying heat and air conditioning. The well lit galley style kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite meals. Enjoy granite countertops and commercial grade Kitchen Aide stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave and dishwasher as well as a gourmet Keurig coffee maker with frother. Plenty of extra storage in the walk in pantry with a built in wine rack and soft close drawers. Extra guests will sleep well on the new queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress finished with 500 thread count cotton sheets and bedding. The extra closet in the bathroom with a stackable washer and dryer and on demand hot water heater complete this space.
