Enjoy views and out-our-door access to biking, golf, hiking & recreation in this luxurious & stylish townhouse in the heart of Stowe. Book our beautifully updated and furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath with all the comforts of home.

Fabulous Location, Size, Capacity:
1150 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bath centrally located just off the Mountain Road.
2-4 guests are optimum. Ideal for one or two couples; small families with well-behaved children.

The space
Totally remodeled, renovated, newly decorated and furnished including: new kitchen, living spaces, floors, rugs, carpets, bathroom, wall mounted swivel HDTV, Sonos sound system, private Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, bar fridge, lighting upgrades and much more. Our condo is all about quality living. elegant and efficient space use, super convenient location. We are a FULL OWNERSHIP townhouse (not quarter or weekly time-share unit).

Location:
The Village Green Townhouse Condominium Resort is located opposite Stoweflake Resort. Easy access to Stowe's Recreation Path - 10 miles of xc skiing, walking & biking with unspoiled views! 8 min. drive, park and ski or take the shuttle in-ski season: picks up at the Stoweflake Resort, a short walk up the street.

Unit guest parking is outside our front door. No stairs to climb for loading and unloading groceries or gear.

Village Green amenities on-site include: indoor pool and hot tub, sauna and game room including pool table, video games, air hockey and ping pong table. Tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor pool in-summer season.

Restaurants , shops and bars within walking distance include: Commodities Natural Food Market, Idletyme Brewing Company, Piecasso, bowling and more!. A short drive will take you to The Bench, American Flatbread, Doc Ponds, Trapp Family Brewery, Heartland Bakery and many other great cafes and restaurants.

The following shops short drive or easy walk/bike path distance: Green Envy Boutique, Stowe Living, The Butchery (fresh meats, seafood & prepared foods) , Stowe Beverage (liquor store), Stowe Wine & Cheese, Edelweiss Mountain Deli, Stowe Farmers Market (Sundays late spring to fall).

Please note: the owners enjoy this vacation home regularly with a beloved British Cream Golden Retriever named Schooner who sheds dog hair. Carpets are cleaned professionally twice a year and professional cleaners clean all surfaces and vacuum the unit before each arrival.

The property was exactly as expected. The amenities that the development offers were a nice addition to the weekend since the skiing wasn't fantastic (windy/few lifts/etc) - nothing the hosts can control. We made the most out of the well-appointed house, indoor pool, ping pong table and proximity to the great restaurants and other parts of Stowe!

Overall our stay was good. Location on mountain road was convenient. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and check in and check out process was easy. The only thing that was a bit of a surprise was that the bed in the second bedroom was actually just a futon and not a real bed with a real mattress. Otherwise property was exactly as described.

Beautiful property! Very well appointed home and really felt like a home away from home. We did not get a chance to take advantage of the amenities, but did truly enjoy the condo. The grounds were beautiful and close proximity to the recreation path. Wished we would have had more time to explore the area. Only ‘knock’ on the property was that the shower could have been cleaned a little better, but in no way detracted from our stay.

Perfect location. Beautiful condo. Condo was exactly as advertised. Clean and beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms are upstairs, with a bathroom separating the two rooms, which worked fine for us. The property was cozy and very clean. It was centrally located to all the things you could want to do in Stowe. There was a beautiful view outside the back window. We did have an issue getting the keypad to work at one point but we called the management company and they sent someone right away to change the batteries in the keypad, The maintenance man was very kind and even gave us some suggestions of things to do in the area. The only thing I would mention is that the queen bed that was listed was actually a futon made out into a bed and the mattress was pretty hard and uncomfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the property.

Wonderful stay in Stowe!

We had a great experience in Stowe and absolutely loved Maryellen’s property. The townhouse is spacious and decorated beautifully. The proximity to both the mountain and town were perfect. We are looking forward to staying at the property again!

Great spot in Stowe

Great central location for exploring Stowe and nearby. Walking distance to the recreation path, Idletyme, Piecasso. Very clean condo, easy check-in, good communications with the owner. Comfy beds with nice linens and comfy living room for hanging out.

Family Ski Holiday

My family and I booked the condo for a long weekend of skiing. It was the perfect setup for us and gave us enough room to spread out. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to make breakfast and après-ski after a long day on the mountain. I highly recommend it. We hope to stay again soon.

Stunning Stowe Rental

We loved staying at Maryellen’s condo. It was conveniently located between the village of Stowe and the ski resort; along the town walking/ bike trail. The kitchen was very well equipped including a number of staples. There were a generous number of towels & bath supplies. The home is beautifully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the gas stove. It was definitely a favorite stay!

4th of July

We spent a week at Stowe during the Fourth of July. The festivities in Stowe are great, and the unit was nicely updated, clean, and well-kept. The air conditioning was greatly appreciated during the unusually hot weather! We had a great time.

Great location and beautiful home

Our family had the pleasure of staying in this beautifully appointed home. Pictures do not do justice on how welcoming it is and the views from the windows. The home is ideally situated close to the bike path, river and to local businesses where you can walk or bike without driving. The property also has a heated indoor pool and outdoor pool which is perfect for any rainy days for the kids. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Winter Escape

We visited with our family of four (two adults, two young children), and the condo fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had a very comfortable sitting area perfect for playing cards or watching a movie. We appreciated the dining room area, which has a beautiful walnut foldout table as well as a very comfortable gas fireplace. Maryellen was very responsive to any of our questions, and we would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

Fall Foliage/Great location

We had an amazing long weekend in Stowe. This property was perfect for my husband and i and our two kids (13 and 10). The location is right off the recreation path and we did a lot of biking right from the condo. We also could walk to local shops and restaurants. The property was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Loved the gas fireplace in the evenings. Highly recommend!!!!
