The property is quiet and the ability to walk downtown is pleasant. I feel the property is becoming outdated and needs a facelift. The tile grout in the bathrooms could have a goodcleaning as well as the cabinets in the kitchen. The owners of the unit need to visit the property. We also had to call maintenance to get 2 of the 3 TVs working,one of which did not work at all. Also lightbulbs needed to be changed which maintenance was able to take care of.

Absolutely delightful. We especially enjoyed the Southwest decor. The location was a surprise bonus and we watched the sunset each evening from the park. The only criticism would be the pool which was too dirty to permit usage.

Booked this place for my in-laws who were in town for a graduation. They loved it. No complaints. I think they had one problem with the TV signal going out but onsite management fixed it. Great place will use again for visiting guests.

Wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe

Nice facilities, and really a good value for the money. Convenient to pretty much everything in Santa Fe. If you're going to Santa Fe for more than a day or two, this is a wonderful place to stay.

Perfect for 4!

Just as described and perfect for the 4 of us. It's so much nicer staying in condo than a hotel. We enjoyed being to spend time together in the living room and kitchen, but to also have our separate spaces. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent location for visiting the Plaza

Perfect place to stay for a family ski trip. Facilities are a little older, but maintained decently. Excellent location for visiting the Plaza as well. Lots of stairs, but if you do your research up front and really review the property map you can park close enough to not matter.

The suite was extremely quiet and comfortable with all the facilities we needed for a 6 night stay. The views across Santa Fe were amazing. With a 15 minute walk into town. We enjoyed it so much that we changed our holiday plans and rebooked for our last 3 nights in New Mexico.

This is the second time we have stayed in the same property at Marcy Suites. The suite offers us exactly what we require from a property. Quiet, Comfortable, Safe, walkable to the downtown area, superb outside space with Mountain View's across the city. Absolutely wonderful.

Extremely quiet and comfortable

Our suite was extremely quiet and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed for a 6 night stay. There was a cosmetic and electronic issue with our place, but they were informed and were very understanding. Everything should be good for future stays. The counters had crumbs all on it, but nothing else seemed to be dirty.
