This popular retreat is nestled on a nice, quiet street and the neighborhood is perfect for riding bikes and taking walks. The location is ideal with beach access of 1056ft, and shopping and dining within walking distance. This cozy cottage also has a crow's nest to catch amazing sunrises and sunsets!

This cozy home offers one-level living including 2 bedrooms with queen beds and the 3rd bedroom with a bunk bed (with a single trundle). The primary bedroom has a private bath with a shower/tub combo. There is also a full hall bath with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen has modern appliances as well as a breakfast bar with 3 barstools and a dining table with seating for 5. The great room has a flat-screen TV/DVD, plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, and access to the main deck! All bedrooms have TVs!

On the ground level, guests will appreciate the large storage room for beach equipment, an outside shower, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill.
