     Situé au milieu des magasins, des restaurants, des bars et de la plage / son. L'océan offre une excellente expérience de surf et de pêche. Il y a une salle de cinéma, un bowling, toutes sortes de magasins et, bien sûr, des centres commerciaux. Tout près se trouvent Wright Brothers Memorial et Jockey's Ridge pour le deltaplane et le cerf-volant. La jetée et l'arcade de pêche d'Avalon offre une sortie en famille formidable. L'accès sonore est un endroit idéal pour faire du kayak, de la pêche et du paddle board. Vous pouvez également aller regarder un beau coucher de soleil.

Parking: total de 3 voitures de moins de 6 pieds sous la maison. Il y a une allée et un endroit à droite de l'allée pour les véhicules plus grands

     Il y a une télévision avec câble dans le salon et les 3 chambres. Deux lecteurs de DVD sont également disponibles. La chambre principale et la 2ème chambre ont des lits queen et la 3ème chambre a des lits superposés et un lit gigogne double avec un autre jumeau qui se retire. La table à manger peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes.
. Un tuyau avec accessoire de baguette est disponible à l'arrière de la maison pour rincer le sable.

La maison est située juste à l'ouest de la route 158. Il y a de nombreux parkings gratuits le long de la plage que vous pouvez choisir de vous garer à moins de 5 minutes en voiture de la maison.
     
     Il y a un keuric et une cafetière ordinaire avec des filtres pour que vous puissiez préparer votre café dans les deux sens.

Il y a une chaise haute à la maison pour votre usage.

Une table de pique-nique et un gril à charbon sous la maison est un endroit idéal pour les repas ou s'mores

Absolutely beautiful house. So happy I purchased this house for the week very clean, not super close to the beach, but not super far either. Close to coffee shops, stores and friendly neighbors. The host had chairs and toys for my kids to use during our stay. Love how we were able to fit our vehicle under the house to keep it in the shade. Host communicated well and made sure we had the essentials when we arrived. Would definitely book again.

This is a lovely house. Everyone had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time watching sunsets yesterday on the sound. Biking along the sound and kayaking. The beach was also fun and water was perfect. We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and had everything we needed to create excellent meals. Betty was very helpful and responded immediately to any question we had. Thanks Betty for sharing you beautiful house with us!!

Very clean property

Extremely clean unit that was well equipped, except for spices. Showers were slippery. Appliances were excellent and extensive. TV was very difficult to use. Take your iPad and expect to use it. Location was okay but not much of interest was nearby. Getting to beach required crossing a busy 5 lane highway, better to drive if you can find parking. Given the shortcomings cited, I’d still recommend the unit if you like the area.

Mostly good

The property was as promised ….but the owner ….despite having charged a cleaning fee… And a $50 fee for linens… So that we could have sheets on the bed when we came… Which is always expected at a VRBO stay gratus …… expected us to clean the toilets and the refrigerator etc. things that normally a cleaning person does… After staying four weeks in a home and paying a large fee… For this… Do they expect you to clean the toilets on the way out…? I don’t think so ….I have never had this happen before …she was annoyed that the house Had sand in the shower. This is a beach community and yes there was sand in the shower and that’s why you have a cleaning person… The cleaning lady was happy to clean out the freezer and take all the leftover frozen food but somehow she thought she didn’t have to clean the refrigerator. Sorry… This put a damper on what was a lovely stay at the last minute… The house is in an interesting neighborhood… There’s a beautiful bay on one side which is a pleasure to walk by because they are is shade there… We used the porch all the time and it was lovely… The beach is at the other end of the block…. right across a major highway… Which you have to cross every single time you go to the beach and it is difficult… There are no stoplights at the corner. Once you get there it’s lovely… I would stay at the house but clarify the cleaning situation before you go and the linen situation as well. Ff. New York City

Faye and her grandchildren were welcome guests in my home. Faye asked, if possible, could I supply the linens and towels along with making the beds prior to her arrival. She stated that she understood that linens and towels were her responsibility. Also agreed to leave money for cleaners to wash them when they left She knew checkout was at 9am which she did not quite accomplish. I was able to find some sheets and buy the remaining sheets along with 12 towel sets and 4 beach towels. At 9 am on check out day my cleaner arrived to find them still in residence. The refrigerator was full of food and dishes dirty. Never was Faye asked to clean toilets before checkout. Yes. 9 is early for checkout. This ensures the house will be cleaned and ready for next guests. It also allows incoming guests to check in early and she had no problem checking into the house at 12:30 when it was her arrival date. I think Faye forgot about our conversations we had prior to her arrival. There is no maid service at the beach house rentals. Maybe for $5000 a week houses but not this house. Also to verbally berate my cleaner is not acceptable. With decreased numbers of cleaners available I for one am thankful that I have a good and reliable person to care for my house and ensure my guests arrive to a well cleaned house. I hope she keeps this in mind for future stays

Cute clean beach house with everything you need for a family vacation

We had a lovely time at this property. It had everything to accommodate our family of 4 plus visitors including a high chair and pack’n’play. Betty was a great, very communicative host who provided a clean, beachy spot for us to enjoy our family vacation. 9 min walk to the beach and about 12 min walk to the sound. Good neighborhood near restaurants and family activities. Our only qualm with the location is that it was slightly terrifying crossing the highway with our small children to walk to the beach as there is no cross-walk. This is obviously not the fault of the property owner but may be a good point to bring up to other families with small children. I’m sure driving to a nearby access with parking is much less stressful, we just didn’t end up doing it. The house itself is beautifully decorated with lots of great updates and a wrap around porch. I’d definitely recommend this listing to anyone considering it. Thanks for having us!

Perfect Getaway

This home is perfect in every way! The description is spot on and we actually over packed in fear of not having things in the home, dishes and pillows etc, and was pleasantly surprised that the house provided. The remodeled amenities were beautiful and clean. Betty was amazing and answered any and all questions we had. It was just a short drive to the public access but located conveniently between the North and South end. The parking wouldnt fit pur truck underneath but we still had plenty of room in the driveway. I saved this home to my favorites and hope we have the opportunity to book again.

GREAT stay!!

My family and I enjoyed this house. It is spacious, very clean, great/new appliances, comfy beds, FULLY stocked kitchen, warm outdoor shower, & plenty of parking. It is a 6 minute walk to the beach. Or easy parking near the beach. Betty always responded quickly to my texts. We loved this place so much we plan to return next year.

Great updated house and easy access to everything.

Comfortable and cozy home, easy access to beach, sound, mini golf, restaurants, and grocery stores. Only thing we would suggest is a stick vacuum since there is no outdoor shower. Thanks for allowing us to stay for the week!

While I am happy you enjoyed yor stay you were reminded 3 times that check out was 10am. My maid service had to clean around you and then I had to pay her extra to hand wash, dry, and put away the dishes in the dish washer. It was inconvenient for both of us. Please keep this in mind for the next rental you do. Thank you

We had a blast at our home. It was so clean and nicely decorated. The beds were so comfy and the duvets were amazing. The neighbors were even really nice as well. We would stay here again for sure!
