Situated down a long drive off a quiet street in Westhampton, a short drive to town, this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home provides the opportunity to explore the Hamptons in a relaxing setting. The property is located right on a creek where you can watch the natural wildlife or launch one of the provided kayaks.

The backyard contains a pool (open Memorial Day - Labor Day), hot tub, and private dock right on Beaverdam Creek. There is an expansive deck furnished for dining, bbq-ing, and relaxation that overlooks the water. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit at night.

The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, a Keurig, blender, waffle maker, and a full set of pots and pans.

There are three bedrooms and three and a half baths in the home. The primary bedroom has a king bed, dresser, closet, and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, dresser, closet, and a view of the water. The third bedroom has two twin beds with a closet, and dresser.
Additional den and office space in the finished basement.
Flat screen smart TV and wireless internet access.
Central air as well as ceiling fans throughout.


Cleaning: All reservations longer than one week must have the home professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which will be on the guests (we will provide contact info for cleaning service). The cleaning fee collected at time of booking will cover the cleaning of the home upon guests' exit.

Events: Events in the home are prohibited.

Liability Waiver: You understand that use of the pool, hot tub, bicycles, and kayaks is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, kayaking, or bicycling, and hold owner harmless. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur carrying out those activities. You agree to waive any claim against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of the pool, bikes, or kayaks. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming this reservation constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between guest and host.
