The view was incredible! The host was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay even though the house was in a state of disrepair.

I was not informed of any disrepair during this stay. Beach houses do change with weather, a door or a drawer that works fine one day will stick during high humidity days. I did notice a bathroom door hinge came loose during their stay and I repaired it. The salt air is as damaging to the house as it is refreshing to breathe. Everything metal is prone to rust. We are always playing catch-up. If you are seeking a brand new Marriott without a view on the water please rent a Marriott. Beach houses are not for you.

Four of us decided to play golf on the eastern end of LI in late summer 2026. We rented this house in Hampton Bays. The location is terrific and our backyard was right on the Shinnecock Canal. You can't get a more peaceful, wonderful setting. The accommodations were good too, including the ping pong table which led to a tournament of champions showcasing that we all needed some serious practice! Most importantly though the owner of the house was fantastic. Reggie is responsive, accommodating and really great to work with. He gets an A. Thank you, Reggie!If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, we would recommend renting Reggie's house in Hampton Bays.

Beautiful location. Beds were made and comfortable. The owner is extremely kind and accommodating, very quick to respond also. Would definitely rent this home again in the future.

This was the perfect house for a girls trip. The outdoor space was stunning and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils. Would book again.

Great stay for a fall golf getaway at an awesome location on the water. Rooms were very comfortable and the common spaces were terrific for catching up with old friends.

We absolutely loved the place and had a great time. There was plenty of space for the kids to spread out and enjoyed the indoor fireplace. The sunrise views were amazing and it's always special to stay on the water. Communication with the owner was great. We hope to visit again.

Fantastic family getaway to visit our son for parents weekend who is attending USMMA. I was a little concerned about the distance from the academy but well worth it such an amazing property! So many activities right at the home, beautiful on the water, comfortable beds and pillows cooked a fantastic family meal location was great!

This place was stunning!!!! The pictures do not do it justice. The view is incredible, the back deck is huge, and it was so spacious with a ton of activities available. The host was so helpful, answered quickly and was simply amazing. 10/10 would recommend staying here. So close to restaurants too!

Reggie has an amazing property in the lovely Hampton Bays area. We really enjoyed our stay in his rustic home. And the game room is awesome! His neighbors are also very nice and directed us when we got a little lost and pulled into their driveway. :)

Absolutely incredible location! The host was super responsive and accommodating. My mother is in a wheelchair and she was able to easily enjoy the stunning views. Hot tub, kayaks and paddle boards were the icing on top. Great restaurants two minutes away. We will be back

Terrific Beach House!

Stayed for a blustery President’s Weekend with grandparents, college and high school kids, and dogs. Great house for a multi-generational, pet-friendly vacation with knock-out views. Would love to return in the spring or summer!

Beautiful Location

We had a great time at this property. The location and views were amazing. There was a lot to do right there with the Bocce court, Ping Pong table, Game Room and Kayaks. The size was perfect for the whole family.

Had a lovely time at our stay! Only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer, there were so many amenities we couldn’t take full advantage of. Such a beautiful property!

Christmas by the Bay

Wonderful throw back beach house..nothing fancy but very comfortable and the views are amazing! Loved spending our Christmas Holiday relaxing by the bay..and the year round hot tub was up and running when we got there! Perfect spot..will definitely go back next year!

We had the most wonderful stay! Our host was very generous with time and check in/out. The pictures do not do the house and view justice. The house is on the older side, but no worries. The kitchen was great. We had a private chef come and make us dinner. The fire pit was awesome. The game room was great. Nothing can match the view. We had god-given perfect weather.
