Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. AC was great, hone was ckean. 10 minutes to Paris Landing boat ramp. This is my second year staying here and i will be back again next year

Great location and host

This is a great location it you want a relaxing break. Easy short walk to the lake or even shorter drive. The Host, Constance, was accommodating and gave great advice about local eateries, and activities. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean very nice the air conditioner worked great. Bathroom clean, kitchen nice size and cozy. Will definitely book again.

Perfect little rental

Travelled to Tennessee to visit family and was debating between local hotels/motels or VRBO, and so glad we went with this VRBO rental. Clean rental, plenty of conveniences, nestled in a natural wooded location with plenty of deer, birds, and wildlife to enjoy. My 5yr old grandson thoroughly enjoyed his first trip to visit family in Tennessee.

Good little mobile home close to Paris Landing State Park.

Had everything we needed for our stay. Driveway is very tight for a dually truck but made it work just fine.

Cozy, Clean, Affordable

If you are looking for a comfortable, well supplied plac place to stay that is affordable, this is it! This little gem is nestled in the middle of three seasonal/daily resort campgrounds. There are gas stations, restaurants and beautiful Paris Landing Park.

Clean but outdated

It was very clean but very outdated. I lived in a moble home for 10 years but have never seen that carpet color. The grounds were well kept and we enjoyed the gazebo at night. Only other concern was the driveway. The entrance was very narrow and i had alot of problems turning in and backing out. Would suggest increasing the entrance way.

PERFECT!

This is a 2 bedroom house trailer that is immaculate! Has everything you need for a pleasant get away. Very close to the beach and marinas. You will not be disappointed! Will definitely stay again.

Fishing vacation

Comfortable and just a short drive to Paris Landing. Driveway is a tight turn with the boat but it can be done, I did it multiple times a day. I would stay there again.

Couldn't have asked for anything more! Place was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Close to the lake and boat ramps. We will be returning....this is going to be our go to place!

Loved this stay

Animals roaming, deer, squirls, birds, quiet. Surprisingly no mosquitoes, we could go out at night and sit. Beautiful location. The suze was great for 2. We stayed 10 days and i cooked a lot of meals. No issues at all. Will stay again.

Lake Mobile Home

This was fine for our purposes, as we only needed a place to sleep and get ready there since we were visiting family in the area. Could use more instructions regarding use of the home, but host had left a note that the book was still in progress. Would stay there again if visiting family in the area. Great deal for the price.

Relaxing

It was a nice relaxing place to stay. The only issue we had was the WIFI was not very consistent and had to have the door open to get it. A minor thing would be to put another mirror outside the bathroom, since there are two bedrooms and a single bath. Very nice otherwise and wouldn't change anything.

Great property for a retreat. The description is very accurate, "Has everything you need". It's an older vacation type property, but it was EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. Home away from Home. I enjoyed my stay, and would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a getaway near the lake.
