Boat ramp for first come - first serve. There is also tandem parking, that can fit a boat trailer underneath (depending on height). There is also a marine nearby in the event your boat cannot be accommodated. If you plan on bringing a boat, please reach out to me prior to booking to confirm specifics.



Captain's Cove has easy boat access to the gulf (no bridges) & some of the best boating & fishing in SWFL: Explore Charlotte Harbor, Cayo Costa, Cabbage Key, Boca Grande. Walk to restaurants. See the abundant tropical bird life outside your door. Enjoy lovely tropical breezes from the screened front door through to the lanai. A southern exposure affords you canal views from your screened lanai with exterior slider panels. Year-round you can sit on the lanai rockers in comfort and take in the island views. Interior decor is calming neutral tones. Stainless appliances sharpen the kitchen. The shower has a pretty tile update. A newer bead-board ceiling adds zip to the open floor plan. For a 1 bed/1 bath (and queen pull-out couch), it's all you need since you'll be outside boating, fishing, or kayaking. To make that easier, there's a community boat ramp, boat slips with water & electric, & the kayak launch is just steps away. Alternatively, take a dip in the pool or play tennis. You'll feel like you're away from the cares of the world here! Come take a look!


Important: Fortunately, Hurricane Ian did not damage Captain's Cove like the nearby area. We did not receive any water damage. The electricity, washer/dryer, pool and A/C are working, and the nearby restaurants are open. Please note there may be noise due to some repairs in the nearby area. Thank you! We hope to host you!
