We have hosted many happy guests at Kite Beach Condos and take pride in providing clean, comfortable stays and responsive communication.
Enjoy true beachfront living just 30 steps from the sand in this recently remodeled full one-bedroom condo (not a studio) on world-famous Kite Beach in Cabarete. Designed to Western standards, the apartment offers a bright and spacious layout with a large living area, a full kitchen, and a private terrace with partial ocean views.
Located within the Kite Beach Hotel complex, the condo offers easy access to the beach, pool, restaurant, and bar just moments from your door.

The living area is bright and spacious with a custom dining table that seats six. Two sofa sleepers in the living room allow the condo to comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator and freezer, gas cooker with range hood, and a hot and cold water dispenser.
The separate bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Step outside to the private ground-floor terrace, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and partial views of the beach.
Keyless entry is provided for both the front and back doors for easy and secure access.
