ALPINE RIVER SUITES #403 IS A DOWNSTAIRS UNIT

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the Pink Pig BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Helen is a great location for family fun anytime of year. Come & visit during Oktoberfest where you can try German foods & beer, listen to authentic German music, and have the time of your life. If you prefer to enjoy nature and the more serene side of the area, there are some amazing hiking trails around Helen and outstanding waterfalls: Anna Ruby Falls near Unicoi State Park, Duke Creek Falls, or Raven Cliff Falls. There is something for everyone in Helen; make it your next vacation!

What a wonderful little place! Perfect location. Close to everything but not on Main Street where the crowds are. If you’re in the kitchen, you can see out to see what’s going on in Helen, but if you’re in the main living area you think you’re all by yourself looking at the little river. We will definitely be renting this unit again.

The online listing was spot on from the interior of the room to the views from the deck. It was cozy, comfortable and clean. Very walkable to the cute town which had various shops and eating establishments. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Location was perfect. I enjoyed the riverfront deck and walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Helen. Room size was large and perfect for my small family of three.

Convenient location with river access.

We loved our time in Helen celebrating the 4th of July. The property is spacious, clean and easy check in. Great location with river access. This place has all the items you need to grill a delicious dinner with your purchases from Betty's Country Store. We loved being able to walk to everything in town but also just stepping out the backdoor to enjoy the river.

Cozy on the river.

This little inn was amazing. Literally right on the river. Perfect place for a family or party of two. Loved the private deck looking over the river. Great location within walking distance to everything.

Perfect start to each morning. A cup of coffee in hand, listening to the peaceful sound of the river while the geese do their morning flyover. Perfect spot for walking to restaurants, shops, and fun activities. We only stayed for three days but we fulfilled them all and came home worn out. Highly recommend this place.

A great vacation spot.

My family and I used this accomodation for 2 nights, it is close to town so we could walk every where, but not smack dab in the middle of town to have to deal with the traffic, of which there was A LOT over memorial weekend. The apartment was clean, in good condition and all appliances worked without issue. It is right next to the rives so is a great place for the kids to play in the water while adults can sit on the patio and watch. We had a really great stay and will deffinately return.
