This is it: your perfect Helen vacation spot! Located near downtown Helen overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River, you are close to everything at this condo. You can easily walk to Downtown Helen as it's about 1 mile.

You are in the heart of all Helen has to offer. In the summer, you can walk to the access location for the Chattahoochee River Tubing. When you get back from tubing, grab a bite at the Pink Pig BBQ on your way back to the condo, or choose from one of the many other restaurants nearby.

Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peacefulness as you watch the river flowing by. Grill out on the provided grill while you enjoy a glass of wine from one of our local wineries. There is so much to see and do in Helen. For the kids (and adults), there is the Alpine Coaster and several locations to play mini golf. Enjoy strolling the streets of Helen - whatever the season - and do some shopping or grab a funnel cake.

Great location. Walking distance to everything and the river view and Adirondack chairs out back was a plus. Unit was very clean and the NASCAR themed decor was well done. Unit was a nice size and bed was comfy. Host communication and instructions was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Condo is so nice and clean. Bed was so comfortable and the location was excellent! No need to drive into town. You can walk everywhere. The only downside were the bright lights all around the building. We couldn’t sit out on the deck at night because of how bright they were. We still enjoyed our stay!

Great location! We were able to walk to everything downtown. Place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Only a couple of negatives, the bedroom is very bright at night from the lights out back. There may be a way to turn them off, but we couldn’t ever figure it out. Also the bed is very very firm.

A very nice condo! We loved the NASCAR theme and really enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. Downtown, shopping and many nice restaurants were within walking distance. Easy check-in and parking. Would 100% stay here again.

Very clean apartment with an east walk to the main area of town. River view was lovely though it was too cold to sit outside. Would stay again!

Wonderful place!

The property was just as expected and the staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with via text message. This place was perfectly located in the small town of Helen that we could walk everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay there!
