Whether you just want to relax on your plush king-sized bed, read a book at your outdoor patio, take a nap on the 6.5 ft. couch, or get some work done at your personal office space, this home has everything you need to enjoy your visit!

The property comfortably sleeps six people with one king bed, one queen-sized bed and one fold-out queen mattress as well. All beds are complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

This is a one-story home and both bedrooms have access to our newly renovated, sparkling clean bathroom!

Complimentary wifi, Netflix, tea, and coffee are provided as well. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you’ll feel like you’re simply staying at a home you own!

You have full and total access to our home during your stay, including the driveway on the side of the house which can fit two cars. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully-stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber/walk to any of the amazing restaurants and shops in the area!

Located near one of Orlando’s most beautiful downtown neighborhoods, Thornton Park, this area has everything you could possibly imagine for amenities! Within walking distance or less than a 5 minute drive, you’ll find restaurants, boutique shopping, coffee shops, gyms, bars, nightlife entertainment and grocery stores (Publix!), just to name a few.

- Less than 8 minutes away from the Amway Center and the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Building where several sporting events, concerts, shows, etc. happen frequently

Our home is located right off of 408, which gives you extremely quick access to Disney, UCF, I-Drive and any surrounding area of downtown Orlando. Uber, Taxis, Lime Bikes and Pedi Cabs are also available.

Downtown Lake Eola and Thornton Park entertainment, restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance or a five minute drive.

Self-check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock at your private entrance to the duplex.

Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $150 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check-in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
