Discover The Modern Oasis, a beautifully remodeled 2-bed, 1-bath historic house in Downtown Orlando. Close to dining, coffee spots, entertainment, bars, and more.

Ideal for a weekend getaway, staycation, business trip, couples retreat, or family hub while exploring Downtown Orlando. Just 15 minutes from Universal Studios and the airport, offering convenience for both theme park fun and city exploration..

The Modern Oasis has a private entrance that is fully furnished, complete with a well-equipped kitchen. It features a queen-sized pillowtop bed in one bedroom, and a full-sized pillowtop bed in the second bedroom.

The walk-in rainfall shower adds a touch of luxury, while the spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a 4-top dining table, and space for both board games and work. Two cars can conveniently park on-site right in front of the house.

Please note there is a long-term tenant in the back unit.

Comfy and quiet spot!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here at Modern Oasis. The house is pretty spacious inside and there two different types of beds to fit your needs. One that's soft another that's a bit firmer. Kaitlyn is a wonderful at communicating, she made sure we had all that we needed before we arrived and answers some of our questions promptly. The spot is near downtown so you can go enjoy the nightlife but not too near that the nightlife ruckus is going to bother you. Would stay again whenever we're back in town

A Lovely Place in Orlando

Nice clean house, well stocked with good amenities, and simple but tactful decor. A long but doable walk to downtown Orlando (about 30-35 min). Good wifi, at least one reasonably firm mattress, and a table to work on. Two off street parking spaces. Good communication by the host.

Charming

This was one of the most charming houses we have stayed in. The host is a sweetheart and very accommodating. The area is just as charming as the house. Its the perfect location to all the attractions and plenty to do right in the immediate area as well. I highly recommend this property!! The place is spotless clean and super comfy beds!!! We loved it!!

This cute place was just perfect for our stay for a family members surprise birthday party , easy drive to Disney springs , you need sunglasses đŸ•¶ïž if lights are in in living room , 😂 but the place was spotless and the beds very comfortable ! Exceeded expectations!!

This “Modern Oasis” was very clean, very comfortable and very conveniently located to my granddaughter’s house. We especially liked the one-floor plan which was very spacious. With only a small step into the shower, it was well- suited for an older person, although a grab bar on the left would be helpful for stepping into the shower. The shower curtain was a bit short and I found that some water from the shower splashed onto the floor. Instructions were clearly understood, and the bottle of wine was an unexpected treat! By far the prettiest place ever. I loved how bright the main bedroom would get, and the bathroom was so cute. I love it, I would recommend this place to others.

The Modern Oasis is steps from the beautiful Downtown Orlando. Right around the corner has great restaurants, wine bars, boutiques, and shopping are all a short walk away. Take a stroll around the area on electric scooters or bikes.

I recommend going to Tori Tori for a quaint dinner or going to Chi-Kin for a quick bite. If you like Speakeasys, Mathers Social Gathering and Hanson's Shoe Repair is definitely worth the visit.
