The rental was not what you showed, you said it was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath and it is not the bunk beds are in the hallway by the kitchen. I think you charged to much for this condo. You need to show it as a one bedroom with a loft or something. I will not be renting it again and would not recommend it to anyone. Joy Gainey

Nice property with good location

Tl;dr: Small, clean place. Nice but not comfortable. Would not recommend for kids. No TV in common area. For a couple who doesn't mind sleeping on a really soft mattress, it's a great spot. The property looks nice and was very clean (except for the inevitable sand on the floor). The location was great--next to a coffee shop and a short walk to beach access. The property manager--Farrah--was very nice and communicative. Although the furniture and decor is trendy and cute, it's low quality, and definitely not comfortable. We were worried that if anyone sat down too hard, the couch would break. It worked well enough for four adults, but there wasn't a place to lounge comfortably, especially after coming in from the beach. The outside shower was a really nice feature though. The king size bed had little-to-no support, but it was also the only place to sit and watch TV. No TV in the common area. The bunkbeds had the opposite problem--thin mattress on hard wood. The sheets felt cheap, and there weren't any blankets. The kitchen, however, was very nice and well-stocked. The shower was also quite nice, and the bath towels were much better quality, compared to the sheets. Overall, good but not great.

Hi Kat! Thank you for your extensive feedback. We understand how valuable our guest’s feedback is and will be an earnest attempt to modify things based on your concerns. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything to improve the size (640 sqft) of the unit. It is a one bed room plus ( with bunk beds). However, we are considering improvements and will implement them before the end of the year! Thank you for your business. 2023 Response We’ve updated our property based on our your feedback. Since your stay, we’ve purchased a new mattress, sofa, and installed a TV in the living room. Unlimited Properties
