Spacieux Condo au 3ème étage - À quelques minutes de la plage ou de la baie - avec piscine partagée!

Ce condo de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est situé dans le petit complexe Fiesta Sol à proximité de nombreux équipements et activités de l’île. Cette unité est au troisième étage et nécessite l'utilisation d'escaliers. De l'appartement, vous êtes à moins de cinq minutes à pied de la plage via plusieurs points d'accès à la plage. Vous êtes également à distance de marche du côté de la baie de l'île où se trouvent de nombreux restaurants, bars et activités familiales.

Le condo est entièrement meublé et offre de nombreux conforts pour rendre votre séjour agréable et relaxant. Chaque chambre et le salon ont une télévision à écran plat avec câble et WIFI fort. La cuisine est bien équipée pour préparer un bon repas de groupe ou organiser un pique-nique à emporter à la plage.

Tellement d'activités sur l'Île de South Padre, y compris Schlitterbahn, la tortue de mer Inc. Centre de sauvetage, centre d'observation des oiseaux et de nature de South Padre Island - activités à réserver pour la pêche, le parachute ascensionnel, le kitesurf, le kayak et le paddle.

À moins d’une heure de route de Brownsville, de la frontière mexicaine, de Harlingen et du nouveau centre de lancement Space X à Boca Chica.

Family Fun Getaway

We had a great experience at Fiesta Sol #313!! The condo was very accommodating. We were provided with everything we needed. We were within a 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach and the kids loved it. The property manager was easy to contact and very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo with easy beach access

The condo was clean and spacious. Michael had provided instructions for everything from parking, entry, to TV controls. Towels and bedding were ample and clean, and there was dish and hand soap provided as well as body wash and shampoos. The beach was a very short walk to the two closest access points and Michael's recommendations on crowds on either side were accurate. There were also bars and restaurants a short walk from the condo in the other direction, so we barely needed the car once we got there. We had a great stay and would love to return for a longer trip!

Great location and awesome host!

Great location! It's within walking distance to the beach and minutes away from the supermarket and great restraunts. With a 4 yr old child, being able to easily walk to stores and attractions is a must and this place had it. The condo itself is perfect! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There were even board games provided which my children enjoyed. Michael was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. He even provided tips and ideas on attractions and restaurants we had to try. We needed a place to stay a couple of weeks and this place felt like home away from home. Can't wait to go back!

Most ideal beach spot!

The communication with Michael was quick and open from the get go. The apartment was OVER the top clean, and had every amenity possible from kitchen supplies/utensils to beach chairs and umbrellas. The photos don’t do the place justice, and we LOVED our stay.

Wonderful Spring Break

We had a fantastic vacation and a lot of that was because of the condo we rented. It was exactly as described and was great to be within walking distance of so many things. Short walk to the beach which was amazing and also shopping and restaurants. We did have an issue with the keypad unlocking one time and The owner was able to get us in within probably 2 minutes of the issue. Great response and we would definitely rent from him again. Thanks for the great family get away!

Great Place

It was a great place for the price I paid. Every time I have a question the manager responds right away. If you don’t mind taking the stairs to the 3rd floor, the condo is not only nice & clean but also a short walk to the beach, the shops, restaurants and other attractions in the island. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo provides the convenience of so many great features of South Padre Island while also being a comforting retreat from the busy daily routine and even the busy tempo of the island during peak season. The weather is mild most of the year, and the beach is amazingly clean and uninterrupted. There is a large array of wildlife unique to this area of the country, and South Padre Island attracts a diverse population of people from many corners of the world.
