This home boasts a gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen with a spacious dining table and extra seating at the kitchen island. The back porch has a grill, along with more seating and a private hot tub, it's the perfect place to spend time together! Every room features a TV and a fan for the desert heat! There is room for 2 cars in the garage for convenience and parking space for your trailer nearby. Pool noodles and pickleball paddles are provided for you to enjoy your time outside! This one-level home also has 2 pack 'n plays and 2 sleeping mats for babies and toddlers. Each room has blackout curtains and a private TV!

Excellent all around. Only complaint was that there were no extra garbage bags for a 4 day stay. I was unable to get ahold of the property manager to rectify issue until after our stay ended.

Everything was just as described. A very nice stay. The contract and check-in instructions were sent via text, which were flagged as spam, so just a head's up there.

Fantastic Home

The home was fantastic! Lots of space, decorated nicely, and a fun back patio with lights and a hot tub. TVs in every room. The kitchen had nice dishes and appliances. The beds were comfortable. We liked having a big garage to store our bikes. The neighbor hood was safe, quiet, and located close to some nice trails and parks. The owner was prompt to reply to any questions we had. We would return again!

Great property

Very nice property in a great location. We were visiting Utah for a softball tournament and it was 15-20 mins away from most everything. The home included all the essentials. Would definitely recommend. :)

great house in quiet location

The property was well maintained and well equipped. There was a full kitchen with cookware, even tupperware for leftovers. Everything was clean and in good working order. The only complaint was that the amount of supplies was just short for the length of our stay--such as dishwashing pods or trash bags. But this was such a minor thing, overall the stay was perfect for our group to work remotely as well as hang out and enjoy.

Great place and location

We have stayed in St George multiple times, we found this place to be more centralized to the multiple trail systems we like to recreate in. Additionally, love that behind the house is a greenbelt that takes you to the Church Rocks trail system. House was great with everything we needed and clean!

Beautiful Home, Very Relaxing 😎

The place was bigger than we thought it was going to be. The minimalistic decor made the house feel clean and inviting. We loved having for our kids in their own rooms. The master suite is tucked away from the other bedrooms, so we were able to enjoy our own space. The hot tub was so nice in the mornings. We were surprised how nice and clean it well even though they allow pets. We loved bringing our dogs with us and having our whole family together. We went to Sand Hollow reservoir with our boat every day that we stayed and it was nice that it was so close so we could go back-and-forth without worrying about travel. There was also a place to park our boat which was very nice. The kitchen was beautiful. We were able to cook most nights, but we were close enough to restaurants that we could DoorDash as well. We has a great relaxing stay.

Cozy and well appointed Utah retreat for when you're not hiking!

great location to get to any of the parks in the area. roomy garage with opener made entry/exit easy. nice neighborhood, near services needed for relaxing vacation. hot tub is GREAT after hiking or kayaking all day! great master complex, good two guest rooms, bunk bed great for kids, we had a 12y/o and 11 y/o, 12 y/o in queen bedroom and they both would get in the bunk bedroom and loved it. i rent VRBO's all over the country and this was a great value and we will rent it again next time visiting my daughter's family.

Wonderful experience!

This was a beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood very close to everything St. George has the offer. Our plans changed and required some assistance with our reservation and the representatives that we spoke to were incredibly helpful and understanding. It was a perfect place to bring the pups and we will definitely be heading back once we have kiddos too!
