The place was very spacious and the beds and linens were comfy and clean. Other areas could definitely have been cleaner. Extra things like poolside loungers or folding chairs to carry to the beach would sure be nice additions. Also note that there is a lot of noise from construction and the nearby resort entertainment so if you have young children or need to go to sleep before 11 beware. Good wifi. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very close to the beach.

Lovely stay in bayahive

I love this property, the location is the best. Such a short distance to my favorite beach, Dominicus. The apartment is fully equipped, had everything we needed for our stay. Just a note that the second bedroom has a queen bed, not two twin beds. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent location

Everything was as advertised and the location was close to the ⛱️ beach and restaurants and grocery store were just around the corner. For the price it was perfect, and the patio was delightful. We will come again next year.

I love this place

6 nights in paradise and a 5 minute walk to the best beach in the Dominican Republic, quiet area 5 star restaurants just down the street, everything you need is within walking distance. I call that paradise.

Canada to dominicus dom rep and scubadiving

So the apt is as pictured in the advertisement.It was spacious and clean upon arrival with no issues for check in. It does have a nice patio that provides privacy with the hedge in front of it with 2 cushioned chairs.the shower is good with sufficient hot water for two showers in a row! the location of it was awsome. just far enough from any noise and very close to the public beach approx max 5 mins walk. there is a supermarket 2 mins walk away called myramart that is very well stocked.the public bus stop is 2 mins walk away and very convient for trips into bayahibe and or la romana. the bus stop in la romana is 3 min walk to the main grocery store jumbo which is recommended for longer stays as products are much more expensive in dominicus and bayahibe as compared. the ac works fine in the apt altho i didnt use them. just fans in all rooms was fine for me! the attention of the leasing agent was great altho there were no concerns present or anything that was attended to.the complex is habitated by mature adults and not a party complex. infact all of dominicus is a quiet town/village with nice restraunts. there is a gym called skull that is close by also being les than 10 min walk away.overall this apt was very nice to stay at and no issues once so ever! i would like to thank the leasing agent for the fine apt with no hassles.also note if your a scubadiver go thru scubafun in bayahibe and talk to john or romy. they are the most reasonable and offer free pick up and return!

Excellent Value

This is a great little apartment located just on the edge of town, and within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the beach. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary amenities, including beach towels. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. Both the bedrooms have good AC units, but there is no AC in the central area (you can open the doors and let the AC from the bedrooms into the main living space. The apartment has a a large porch where you can enjoy the cooler outside air. There is ample free parking. The host was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. There is a digital lock on the door, and the host provides the key the day of check-in. This is easily one of the best value stays you'll find in the area. I only have two negative comments about this booking: 1. We had trouble finding the location and it took the host about 40 minutes to reply to our messages in Vrbo. Not a huge deal, and the host was helpful when they did reply, so no stars off for this. 2. The address in Vrbo took us to the middle of town. The map view was a different location, but not the right one. Vrbo won't let me include the actual address in this review, but basically you want to go to just before the curve on the eastern corner of Avenue El Molino. Neither issue was big enough to merit negative stars. I'd definitely stay here again.
