With a private rooftop terrace, Jacuzzi, and stunning ocean views, this spacious retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for up to six guests.

Excellent stay again

This is the fourth year I have booked this property. I love the location and also the condo. Alvar, the property manager is great to work with and I always feel relieved that he will be handling the details of my stay. This year there was an issue with the less than 1 year old water heater not working. Alvar was immediately on it trying to get it rectified and keeping me informed on every step of the repairs. The water heater ended up having to be replaced during my stay. I reported the issue and it was taken care of. I highlight this not because of the issue of the water heater failure but because I want to highlight that the issue was taken care of ASAP. When you are renting someone's property it is nice to know that if a problem occurs it will be handled efficiently and promptly. I look forward to returning and staying here again.

If you’re into a literally steaming hot stay, this is for you. The place smelled like mildew and moth balls and was so hot. The visible steam elevating in the living area was beyond terrifying. We tried to turn on the 2 tiny ductless air conditioners and they did absolutely nothing to make the space inhabitable. I had to book a stay for my family of 5, made the space manager aware within the first hour we arrived, and not once did anyone even attempt to make things right. Not one effort was made. Beware if you’re not comfortable with 120 degree heat inside!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that our apartment did not meet your expectations. For the benefit of future guests, we would like to clarify a few important facts. Within minutes of your arrival, you contacted us requesting central air conditioning. We responded promptly through a WhatsApp chat we had where we also provided assistance for your check in. As our conversation records clearly show, we explained that the apartment does not have central A/C. This is also accurately described in the listing, which specifies that the property is equipped with two ductless mini-split air conditioning units serving the two main bedrooms, while the common living areas are naturally ventilated. A few minutes later, you informed us that you had decided to leave and had already booked alternative accommodations. As an independent Airbnb host operating a single property, we unfortunately do not have another unit available to offer as a replacement. And, understandably, installing a completely different air conditioning system on the same afternoon wasn't an option. We understand that every traveler has different preferences, and we're sorry this property was not the right fit for yours. Our commitment has always been to provide an accurate listing, respond promptly to our guests, and allow them to make an informed decision before booking.

Ein Zuhause im Urlaub

-sehr hohe Sicherheit -ruhige Gegend, nur gelegentlich Unterhaltungsprogramm vom nahe gelegenen Ressort zu hören -nichts für Bewegungseingeschränkte, da im 2.Stock gelegen und im Apartment schmale Treppe zur Dachterasse -Restaurants und Kioske in Laufnähe -immer Parkplatz vorm Haus vorhanden -Strandnah zum Public Beach Dominicus, der jedoch unattraktiv, da zu kurz + schmal -Pool für Nachbarschaft ohne Sonnenliegen -gute Erreichbarkeit der Kontaktperson bei Fragen/ Problemen jeglicher Art via WhatsApp -Dachterasse für Chillen + Mahlzeiten genial, auch mit OpenAirBad (Dusche + Toilette) Yakuzi war super -gute Durchlüftung auch ohne Aircondition
