From your upstairs patio you can enjoy the view of the citrus trees, majestic mountains, and sparkling swimming pool. This Villa is separated from the main pools and clubhouse by a few rows of Villas providing you quick and easy access to the spa, pools, gym, and clubhouse while protecting you from the noise and activity of the main pool area.



This Villa comes wonderfully furnished and has an Electric BBQ, well appointed kitchen including coffee pot, full array of dishes, cooking equipment, and utensils. Two cozy fireplaces compliment the beautiful decor. Both bedrooms have King size beds.



Please note that there are only 2 beds in this property. A Luxury queen air mattress may be provided upon request to sleep additional guests.



Please note that there is a Ring Doorbell Security camera mounted on the outside of the front door. There are no security cameras inside of the property or on the back patio area.
