There is some natural wear & tear on the floors and trim but otherwise, she's a well-kept and well-loved home. We hope you and your family/group enjoy yourselves in this home. With 1420 sqft, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queen & 1 Queen Pullout Sofa bed), this listing can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. - Each room will come with an extra set of bedsheets, towel sets (bath, hand, and face towels), fleece blankets, and pillowcases.
- Each room has a tower fan for additional cooling.
- Each room including the bathroom can be locked from the inside with a privacy knob.
- Most of the rooms all come with USB port charging stations and three-prong outlets.
