Welcome to "The Katie House" by Southern Valley Homes! Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this home right in the heart of Warner Robins! You will have everything you need in this home featuring a Huge Game Room with Pool table and 75" TV, Large bedrooms all with their own TV, free Wifi, Free Parking, Full Kitchen with granite countertops, Free Washer and Dryer, and Private fully fenced-in backyard.

Bed Layout:
Each bedroom has a queen size bed and then there is also a pull up sleeper sofa in game room and sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests if needed. So close to almost everywhere you want to go!

Enjoyed our New Year's week end at this property. House is very clean, beds very comfortable and our Golden Retriever had a large fenced in yard to play. Owner is very nice, responsive and courteous to our needs....

Umpire lodging

Our group of Umpires that come to Warner Robins to attend training at the Southeast Region Little League facility. We do this a few times a year. This location met our needs and the location was very convenient

Great Place to Stay

My family enjoyed our stay. Nice, spacious house with all the amenities we needed. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Large, fenced in back yard that was great for 3 dogs and my two toddler children to run around and burn off energy. Roku TVs in every room and the wifi was fast. House is close to Robins AFB, restaurants, stores, walking paths and playgrounds. My kids loved Ted Wright park that was a very short drive away. Ms. Cheryl was a wonderful host and was very responsive and always eager to assist. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Pet friendly fenced yard

This was a great place to stay with friends and their dogs. A large fenced yard, convenient location, and the owner was very responsive when I had questions. I would stay there again.

SUPER CLEAN!!!

We really enjoyed this property. It was VERY clean and organized. Plenty of items in house to use (cookware, dinnerware, blankets, toiletries, etc.) This was perfect for what we needed and I would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Needs some work

Cheryl was very nice and tried to be as accommodating as possible but the house is not in good shape .. all of the furniture (couches, chairs, tables, etc) is stained, dirty and not in good shape .. the mattresses are super uncomfortable and the master bed is very old and saggy. We had to request a deep clean on the kitchen as it was pretty bad so they had to come in after we checked in to clean again

Plenty of room and great yard for the dog!

We had a great stay here for Easter with our grown kids. Exactly as described in listing, nice 3 bedroom with bonus room that made it 4 rooms for us. The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog. And the host was very responsive! If you’re in town for a visit, I’d recommend this place.

Family visit

We were visiting family in the area and this home was a relaxing, comfortable place to return to each evening. It was especially nice that we could bring our little dog with us. A couple family members spent an afternoon visiting us and were impressed with the house, too. The owner, Cheryl, was great great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Stopover stay in Georgia

Extremely clean property. Very smooth checkin process. We stayed here two nights on our way to Florida. The home was perfect for our needs. Make sure to check out the Aviation Museum at Robins AFB.

Awesome little place!

Stayed in WR to attend a funeral. This is a cute place with a huge fenced in yard. Other than the water filter needing replacement, it was clean and the perfect location for our visit.
