Clean, Quiet and Convenient stay in Perry, GA

The entry is low and easily accessible. Parking good for the two suvs we had could have parked another if needed. Very clean and fresh. Slept our group of 5 adults with plenty of space.

Quincy Ranch is the best!

Quincy Ranch is absolutely fabulous! It is so beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need. My dogs LOVED running and playing in the spacious, safe backyard. The host was super responsive. Quincy Ranch is truly a peaceful oasis minutes away from downtown Perry and the Fairgrounds. I can’t wait to book this home and have dinner again at the Clover Wine Merchant. It was truly a spectacular weekend in Perry!!

Great house and backyard / some issues though

First off I'll say the property itself is very nice, great location. There were a few things less than desirable, according to the listing that we were looking forward to but couldn't take advantage of. The 6 chairs outside were incredibly dirty and multiple were broken and we couldn't even open any of them all the way even if those other things weren't the case. No firewood for the fire pit. No coffee when it stated there would be some available. Also the trash can outside was overflowing when we arrived, we stayed for 5 nights and it wasn't taken out to be emptied and we had to just add our trash on top which we felt bad for but had no choice. The beds were a little too firm for my personal liking but I know everyone is different so no big deal really. Even though there were those few issues I still would stay there again I just would ask that either your listing be changed to reflect the outside issues or those be fixed so they can be enjoyed.

Beautiful House

The location of this Vrbo is perfect and the house met all expectations. The host was quick to respond to questions and made sure we had everything we needed. I’d love to come back when I can explore downtown Perry.

Awesome Perry Stay at Quincy Ranch

We stayed at Quincy ranch for an event at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. What a beautiful home with everything very we'll stocked and brand new. Super comfortable and fenced in yard for our dogs. The host was very responsive to our questions and needs during our stay. The location was very close to downtown, Publix, great walks/parks as well as the Fairgrounds. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Property

This property was very nice. It was very clean. The only complaints I have is that there were no televisions in the bedroom which made it only one television available and that when you pay a clean up fee, I don't think guest should have to clean up after there stay if they pay a fee.

Incredible Perry new home

This property in Perry, GA was incredible! Everything was clean as a museum and super cozy. Great layout, comfortable living area with great bedroom privacy for doing your own thing. Kitchen completely new and fully furnished. Our pets were welcome, the fully secured and newly privacy fenced backyard was a blessing for our dogs. If you find yourself near Perry, GA, take advantage of this beautiful property!

Nice Place to Stay

Nice property, Clean, Quiet, New Construction. WiFi not very fast. TV had difficulty live streaming would often pause while buffering. Did OK for movies. I would stay there again.
