My husband and I are both US Army veterans and meet while serving in the Middle East during Operation Desert Storm. This was the very first home that we bought together back in 1996. In 2022 we decided to share our Sedona home with others after we did a complete renovation. Almost every guest comments how clean our home is. Our cleaning team is amazing and when I travel safety and cleanliness are my top priorities. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood and we have had the same wonderful neighbors to the West of us for over 25 years. I am also a VERY responsive host so if you need suggestions for things to do or help with anything, I am available if you need me. I am required to be on call as a part of my job and therefore carry my phones 24/7 and have been doing this for over 30 years.

Our home is conveniently located near EVERYTHING and is right below the largest vortex in Sedona if that's something you are looking for. This home is the perfect set up for 2 couples, a group of friends or families as both bedrooms have doors that access the back deck. The lookout above the house is the best place to watch the sunset in Sedona hands down. You can also see Coffee Pot Rock and Chimney Rock from our house. We have plenty of parking and can accommodate a small ATV trailer or small RV. The kitchen has top of the line GE appliances and is very well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and we have a great BBQ out back that has built in lighting. Our huge deck spans the entire back of the house and is made of Trex decking so no splinters. There is a lot of seating on the deck to include a table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining or gaming. We have a patio umbrella that can be utilized if you need to block the sun. We have 3 Yoga mats in the house for your use as well and the large backyard has 4 Adirondack chairs. A bike rental place is a 5 minute walk from the house and they can be secured in the backyard so you can hit the biking trails at your leisure without any hassle. We also have real cable TV that is easy to operate and the Master Bedroom has a TV that is recessed into a lift stand when not in use and is controlled via a remote. The neighborhood squirrel frequents the trees out front and all of the children who have stayed with us love to watch him play.
